Had a large order and was picking up by myself with public transport so needed a bag to carry things- worker refused to offer bag when requested. Thankfully I had my work travel case which now smells like garlic bread- poor customer service

Absolutely Disgusting customer service. They Ran out of ingredients, yet still sent out a half made pizza without letting me know they didn’t have all the ingredients and expecting me to still pay. Do not eat from here

Dear Domino's Kensington...When a customer orders a pizza (Burger Joint Cheeseburger) from your store, could you please advise the customer that you are out of pickles OR when the customer walks in-store for collection, could you be courteous enough to notify the customer that you are out pickles!The NO STOCK" of pickles doesn't bother me much

Wednesday night online order for pick up. Staff was happen to delay more order to accomodate a change in my schedule which is lovely! I had to call to make that change. Upon pick up though, I stood at the counter waited for a good 8 mins to be acknowledged so that I can get pick up. Perhaps understaffed and busy night with rain. Always room for improvement. Pizzas are average which is what you expect with fast food.

Fast service and good food. The value pizzas are no longer 5$ though. The price has now gone up to 6.99 which is still a good deal. They have a couple of seats if you want to eat your meal in store.

Don’t know what I expected, but I definitely was not expecting the pizza to be 30 minutes late and have the meat missing from it. Ordered two chicken pizzas and one beef pizza and both chicken pizzas had the main chicken missing. If you ran out of chicken, they should have at least asked if we wanted something else or have the chicken replaced with another meat. Absolutely atrocious.

Ordered 1 chips for now and Three pizzas to pick them up later. At the time of the order, we do not make chips" even though i always order chips at dominos. I waited 20minutes for my chips for a three quarter empty box.Door that is never repaired and does not open."

Bought 2 value max pizzas advertised as 8$ EA for over $20, paid for at 1.23pm in-store and to pickup. I sat there in an otherwise empty store for nearly 30 mins. Terrible service and false advertising. Never again.

Had a takeaway pizza for me and the boys for Friday afternoon event. Pizza was good, pretty standard domino’s pizza. Got it on a good meal deal. Reasonably priced. Only thing was delivery was so slow like 1hr plus but all good for a Friday.

ordered two “ Mini Simply Cheese “ and got two simply HAM lol … seriously ! I have ordered several thing from this branch and got the wrong order each times ! This is just ridiculous.
