went there for a service and warranty fixup, the issue is still there, and the used car salesman was a bit surly. Buyer beware as with everything.

I have recent purchased my first new car (2021 dmax) from these guys and the customer service was absolutely impeccable.I dealt with Dale, he was extremely professional and he went above and beyond to help with the sale. I live in qld on the Sunshine Coast and dale had no problems organising delivery to me as well as helping me through a couple of issues I had after I received the car.Would highly recommend portside Mitsubishi and isuzu.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Had the perfect car, treated me with so much respect and Mark is a great salesman. He made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Poor service and completely unprofessional from used cars. Bought my car new from there and wasn't even cleaned properly, nor ready for pickup at the agreed upon time. Go back 18 months on to sell the car back as I am getting a company car and they low ball me and my partner $5k below what even other brand dealerships or instant offer on car sales would give me. You would think they would offer a fair price given they know the full history of the vehicle. The used car person had to ask twice and be told 3 times the year, make and model of the car. The used car person is better off sticking to surfing Facebook like he was doing and every other time I have been in there rather than working used cars. If they didn't want to purchase the car they could have been respectful like other dealerships and say sorry, but we're not interested at this time. Low balling someone is incredibly rude.

Took my car to get the wipers fixed. Outstanding service. Prompt and efficient. Could not fault the customer care. Will only bring my car here in future. Very impressed

They are not telling the truth when getting car serviced. They ticked all the boxes and off you go, meanwhile, oil leak is still there. As soon as you mention warranty, they give you funny looks and try to get out of it. Even if you purchase a brand new car from them I personally would recommend to get your car serviced somewhere else.
