Terrific location, great layout that's very spacious. Comfortable seating next to huge windows overlooking the duck pond. Friendly staff that stop to chat and help out. Children's reading area is very accommodating. The two Council reps on site were kept busy so are ideally co-located in the library. It's very easy to spend time here.

Nothing is to much trouble for the staff .Ist class libary

Great staff, they are always extremelly supportive. Evertyhing works fine in terms of booking library ressources, Wi-Fe etc.However the library layout isn't working, if you need a quiet area for studying or researching, forget it. This place is not for you. It is one of the noisiest libraries I've been.This particular library can run Ukulele classes, kids playing group and some sort of talkative tech/IT-get-together-club all happening at the same time.The planners should concentrate the noise source in one section of the library only. however, the planners spread the activies all throughout the library space.To make it clear, I'm not against any of these activities, even believing some could be done in a comunity room (which is the next building), Ukulele classes inside a Library is pushing the room quietnesss a bit too far isnt it?For remote workers and students (minority of the users in this Library for sure) you are forced to wear headphones or search somewhere else in case you need high levels of concentration, which is a shame as the Library grounds are beautiful.

My family and I just love this library. We visit all the time. Great selection and super friendly staff.

No one answers the phone. I was held for 10 mins and some one picked up accidentally and I can hear them chatting. Suddenly a lady noticed the phone was picked up and said to her self what I was doing and then hang up. I rang again for 10mins and no one answered.

The library is well located close to the shopping centre and has ample parking.There is a good selection of books and access to computers.

The staff at this library are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are incredibly patient with you as they sort through the issue that has caused the problem.
