I would never take my car there again. After completing a warranty job, their mechanic forgot to reconnect the wiring to my indicators which nearly caused several accidents as the indicators showed as working on the dashboard but weren't actually working. When contacting the dealership owner to discuss this matter, had a blase attitude and wasn't concerned that my safety had been put at risk.

Lovely dealership, friendly professional staff

The staff are always so courteous and helpful. Always bring my car here for services and repairs. They even clean your car after they have finished the service. Wonderful.

Called them up as I needed a part urgently. Initially I spoke to Daniel who tried his best to help me even though I was giving him an outdated/wrong part number. Afterwards I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to a lovely lady called Georgia who not only found the correct part number, but also helped me regarding closest places to find what I needed as well as possible warranty cover regarding the fault.Overall I cannot be happier with how gracefully my situation was handled, how nicely I was treated and the swift help from clearly knowledgeable people. If I ever wish to buy another Mazda I'll even travel from Queensland just to give my sale to Goulburn Mazda!
