Sproutwell Greenhouses & Decor

I purchased a hot tub in September 2022.I am in NSW. The product is good and price competitive.But these people are impossible to contact ! Originally the only accepted phone calls 2 hours per day. Now nothing by phone.When you are paying someone to make a quite complicated assembly they need to be available for advice.I now have a major issue with the controls and no one will talk to me . Not happy.

I purchased the Provincial 5200 Greenhouse. Love it........but. There were a handful of mistakes in the instructions that had me scratching my head for a while so they lose a star for that. My big gripe is with Ben. My plan was to build over the Christmas break so I wanted to clarify a couple of things. Ben gave me his mobile and said feel free to call if I had any trouble at all. Everything went smoothly until 1 issue popped up at the end of the build that I could have used some advice on. Tried calling with no answer. Left a message with no call back. No response at all. So you lose a star for that too. Over all this is like Ikea on steroids but not too difficult to build if you are mechanically minded.

Just finished assembling the grange 3x3m. Whilst the instructions do take a bit of getting used to (and i found a couple components had the wrong part number on them) I found that it was near impossible to assemble it wrong. I am super happy with the quality, and the build/sturdiness. I am also super impressed with the sproutwell team. From assistance in securing the best possible delivery fee (to rural NSW), and assistance when required during setup (the Automatic openers were a challenge to figure out bit within a couple hours and a couple pics emailed I was talking to someone who guided me through the process). Finally I broke a part during installation (my fault entirely) and Sproutwell have indicated they will post me a replacement at no cost to me.... can't get better than that. I'd 100% recommend sproutwell -buy quality and you can't go wrong.

Fantastic! The greenhouse is so well engineered and really handsome. And the guys from Sproutwell couldn't have been better. Really easy to deal with, no question was too big or small, plenty of advice ( we needed it) and made sure everything was right even after delivery. Would give them six stars if we could.

After checking contents which are many, found numerous parts missing. Contacted Sproutwell and they sent out missing parts. However on close inspection the manual states incorrect number of pieces needed.Manual is difficult to understand and diagrams aren't always clear.You will need to be an experienced handy man to assemble who will need at least 1 assistant. You cannot assemble in the open as flimsy construction means the frame is easily bent by wind.The fixing system for such an expensive hothouse is antiquated and difficult.This looks like a cheap greenhouse with an expensive price tag. Over $700 Del for a small greenhouse. Purchased OCt 2020xternal Size: L: 1900mm x W: 660mm x H: 2050mm.Spent over a day trying to get parts to fix.

We brought a Garden Pro – 4400 Model greenhouse about a year ago. The guys at Sproutwell were really easy and wonderful to deal with and very accommodating.Due to COVID, we had to delay the construction until now. The kit came in two parts, a 2500mm section and 1800mm extension and it did not take us long to realise the instruction for the extension contained all the details to assemble the comlpete greenhouse. It took 4 people on the first day and then three days just me wife and I to build it. Fun project with lots of laugh had by all. The instructions could be much, much clearer with better diagrams or photos to help but as my wife and I are in our sixties, we figured trying to comprehend the instruction and assemble the greenhouse was staving off dementia. We did it with a few swear words along the way and now realise that we have turrets.The greenhouse is up and now waiting for the next windy day to test its strength.Thank you to the guys at Sproutwell.

Just love my 5x3m greenhouse. It's so well made but did take awhile to work out the instruction to put it together!Can't wait to grow some organic veggies and awesome pot plants in it. Customer service has been great too.

Sproutwell greenhouses are INCREDIBLY difficult to put together, despite what they say on the website. We purchased the Large Nursery Greenhouse and spent 9 hours trying to put it together without success. We ended up throwing it away! I was stunned (and disappointed) at how poorly designed it was. If you purchase a greenhouse from them make sure to have them assemble it for you. The fact that assembly services are only available in VIC however is a pretty big negative. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product.

I’ve been looking everywhere for greenhouse that would not only fit into my budget but more so my backyard. I contacted Sproutwell and was blown away by their knowledge friendly staff and service.
