Disgusting and disappointing. Worst provider I have ever dealt with. They lack respect for their clients. I constantly felt mocked and belittled by them. They would constantly ask for documents I'd already provided them. Butchered my resume because they claimed it looked misleading which it wasn't. They are completely useless. Avoid if you can.

The absolute worst employment services (if you can even call it that). You have to repeat everything from your work history to past employment every time you call and still they ask for it or get it wrong. You have scheduled appointment which they are always late for and blame it on you. They treat you like a child and with no respect. They have no interest in helping you with looking for work, you'll have more luck on your own. I don't know if any others are 'slightly better', but avoid this place if you can.

What a joke! First time going there for an engagement appointment"...It was a group session with 12 others including myself with forms to fill out.I was the first person to finish filling out my forms which took a grand total of 5 minutes. Yet I was the 2nd last person to get my "job plan" back.1 hr and 15 minutes for a task that shouldnt have been more than 20!They then tried to blame their incompetence on their system despite me over hearing they just hadnt gotten to mine yet and were doing them in no order whatsoever apparently...Talk about disorganised! Yet these are the very people we are meant to trust to find us work?!"
