Been using Digicam for years to repair cameras and lenses.Excellent service and repairs. Their updates on status and progress is brilliant. The information they provide if you have to send in an item make that process easy and hassle free. I trust the team there with great confidence.

I have my 2 month old camera under repair. I was in the area for a specialist appointment, thought I would duck in and get a face to the name to whom I was dealing with. Digicam came highly recommended by the Digital Camera Warehouse

I sent my beloved camera for repairs to Digicam. Their communications were excellent and they kept me up to date and advised of where the repair was up to. Cost was very reasonable and my camera was returned to me working and looking like new. Would definitely use their services again.

Major damage to my camera from a fall.All dealing and communications with with Digicam were professional and prompt.Camera is back after just over 1 week : Camera has been serviced & cleaned in addition to the serious repairs it needed.I am very satisfied with their service quality and process.

Passing thru Adelaide and rang while still 4 hours out to ask about having my D850 firmware updated.I was told by a lady no problem we’ll assist when you get here it may take sometime but we’ll sort something out.So I dropped in waited and eventually was served and told by a technician that we have a back log and it will take some time. So cannot do it now.I called back on my mobile and spoke to the lady and was she then told me oh but I said it would be at least a couple of hours.Disappointing as I know it is easy and quick to do and Perth Nikon Agent Hartland has always been able to do it on the spot. While writing this review I rang and confirmed as well. So highly recommend travellers Perth Nikon repair agent.Just a shame can’t rely on great customer service passing thru Adelaide.

My camera repair under warranty took a while to be completed ( mostly waiting for Nikon parts) and took a while to diagnose the issue too. Thankfully they kept looking and hopefully they have fixed my issue ( yet to do a proper test). They do keep you informed with what is happening and respond to questions quickly. The one minor downside was the camera was actually repaired in their Sydney office so probably took a bit longer that if it was repaired locally assuming parts were as available.
