Brilliant range of organic groceries. Grabbed some organic whole wheat and unbleached white flour to feed my neglected sourdough starter and made some delicious natural sourdough bread the next day.

Handy store but the customer service is ordinary. Lost count of the number of times I’m left waiting trying to find some one to provide service at the checkouts. Also adequate training on the Buchi taps is needed, either ‘the person’ who knows how to use it properly is not there or it’s flat. All simple things you would expect a business to be able to sort out.

The best place to shop for organic foods all in the one place. This store also has a wonderful cafe on site with great coffee and lunch items. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and a special mention to the store manager Kat. She is an absolute credit to your company.I highly recommend this store.

I love the food and produce from here but the customer service is awful. Every time I walk in I feel as if I am a nuisance based on the way I am treated by staff. There has been maybe two times I have walked out feeling satisfied by the customer service and I am a frequent customer. Please re-think the way you treat those supporting your business.

My review is purely for the nursery. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are buying plants. I found the plants to be overpriced for the quality (30% more than 2 shops we went to afterwards). We also purchased a pot that didn’t end up working with our space, and when we called to ask about returning it the nursery owner was incredibly rude… she made personal comments about me and barely would hold a conversation in lieu of reacting at my question. Note to customers: there are no returns and don’t even ask about it! I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially to smaller businesses, but this experience was memorable.

Lovely little place. Organic produce. Always good to have Sprayfree produce. Often out of things I need eg La sange` and tomatoes. Generally good. Expensive.

I was a loyal customer of Market Organics Clayfield and shopped there at least twice a week. I haven't been back since late last year because of the decline in customer service. I had a phone conversation with the Manager and explained why I wasn't going back. The Manager wasn't concerned and finished my conversation with Sorry to hear that". I thought she might have enquired more into my reason and enticed me back to shopping there in the future. Unfortunately

Really a lovely all-around great little organics stop.Plants, coffee, lactose free, probiotics, gluten-free - they have so many options in a little block, and it's fantastic.My sister and I are coeliac, and I have many intolerances. Market Organics really have so much range it's hard to find something I can't use, drink or eat.

Delighted to find the cafe in Market Organics Clayfield open this afternoon. Delicious coffee (latte) and Chai made on oat milk. A warm fluffy apple crumble muffin and slice of carrot cake… so good. Very friendly service.We picked up organic supplies from the grocery store.Then purchased beautiful mini cyclamens from the charming lady that owns the nursery.Fabulous experience which we plan to repeat!!Thank you all so very much!
