The most angriest individual you can ever have the displeasure of meeting. As soon as you walk in his makeshift offices located in a house, you hear Michael screaming at his staff. Totally unprofessional. His office looks like a bombed dropped into it. Poor filing system. Never knows where any file is. Blames staff for not knowing where anything is. Duplicates, multiplicities everything. Staff don’t know what or the case is about. Can go and on…. Cannot retain staff because of the poor management and distrust of his own staff.
