Quest Chermside

Very workable and minimal fuss, great job tem I shall be back.

As a solo female traveller who regularly stays at Quests, this is a really uncomfortable place to stay. The security of needing a room key to access a floor of the apartments is non-existent in the lifts and the lock on the inside of a room seems to have been removed or was never there.I felt really unsafe in the room and the other people staying there can be loud and aggressive. Walking to anywhere from this Quest just feels unsafe

Friendly, convient location, all we needed for a short stay. Carpark clearance only 2.1m unlike others I've stayed in at 2.3m.

Fridge power was turned off on arrival, leaving the fridge and freezer wet and smelling of mould. Told staff about it, was promised a clean and turn it back on, which was not done.

I booked 2 single beds and the beds were made up as one.Apart from that everything else was excellent.The staff were friendly and very helpful .

Stayed here for 4 nights on a recent work trip. Rooms were comfortable and I slept well. Location is pretty good too, with lots of options for dinner from the new food court over the road at Westfield. However what stood out the most was the customer service - very easy check-in / check-out experience and a friendly welcome from Kerry each evening when I returned from work. As someone that travels fairly often for work, it's the small things like this that can really go a long way. Thanks for a great stay Kerry and Quest Chermside team!

Great rooms, Great location. It was good week stay that I had.Still waiting for my deposit that I gave them in cash. It's been 3 months of me asking for my deposit back where I've become victim to disrespectful staff interactions including staff hanging up on me as recent as this morning.I wish it didn't come to this however it has been 3 months of me asking and I'm finding it more difficult to trust that you'll ever give the deposit back.Be careful giving them cash deposits. They have a tendency to keep them ;)
