I Called around 3 weeks ago wanting to book in for a pacemaker system for my car. When I was connected to the man on the phone I was met with a bloke that was condescending and didn’t even want to answer any of my questions. I told him what I was wanting to get done and he replied with “it’s real expensive MATE”. And that was all he said. He couldn’t even be bothered to try and sell it. Just told me it was too expensive for me.So I went to Berklee Exhaust & Automotive and got it installed. Where I got Exceptional service, Your loss boys.

Friendly staff, fast service. I needed a compliance report for my car. It had three things that needed to be fixed. I received a phone call explaining all the issues. Was asked if I wanted them fixed. Quoted a price. The job was completed by the afternoon of the same day. Ended up being slightly cheaper. Would highly recommend.

Had an unregistered vehicle inspected - lots of faults, as expected - I was told they could fix most issues and I could take care of the rest. I held up my end of the deal, but then when I tried to book the car in for the work discussed, I was told the car was too old and they couldn't do it - an absolute waste of my time and money. I realise it's an inspection, not a guarantee, but I was told conflicting advice for 2 weeks only to be kicked out of the queue. Over-promise and underdeliver - not ideal.

Highly recommended for great customer service, prompt attention to problems and communication every step of the way. Upfront regarding costs and what the problem(s) are. Respectful towards your property and do not treat you poorly or unjust because you are a female or have not much idea about mechanics. Location is central and easy to access and there is a couch so if your service is an easy fox you can wait on site. Making bookings is also easy by ringing and there is not too much of a wait to have your car seen to. Cannot recommend this service enough.

We needed urgent repairs and Adam went out of his way to do everything possible to get us back on the road. Carline are a professional operation without the high prices. Excellent customer service.

Can't recommend these guys enough! They fit my car in at a minutes notice and quoted $500 intially. I collected my car only to be pleasantly surprised that they fixed the issues and only changed $120. Very happy with their service and even happier that my car wasn't as sick as I thought to begin with. Excellent service!

Have had two vehicles inspected here and the service has been second to none. Friendly, quick and very well priced. Can't recommend enoughUpdate: September 2019 - Had my regular car service here, it was having issues. Got in quickly, issue was fixed, car is running beautifully. Great mechanic who I will continue to use for my services.

This is the first place I recommend when asked, and the only place I bother to go to, when it comes to vehicle exhaust repairs/replacement or vehicle registration inspections.All of the staff are friendly and the workshop is neat and tidy and well equipped.

Very honest and helpful. They were reasonably priced and did good work. The only downside was leaving a plastic underneath the car loose and a missing plastic cover from the bumper.
