I was also served by Sonia, I went to her based on the prior review and I was not disappointed. Sonia was professional and highly efficient and was even very accommodating to my restricted time availability even though it meant her having to change other things around.

I am from the UK and was asking about what taxes I could possibly owe to the Australian gov from my WHV. This office, unselfishly, helped me via email. Couldnt thank them enough!

Awful experience!Yesterday I went online to make a booking for 6:30pm at the Greenslopes hrblock.I didn’t get a booking confirmation so I called up to confirm that my booking had gone through.I was advised to make sure I come early and what to bring with me. I advised the lady on the phone that I need to be out by 7pm and she advised it shouldn’t take longer than 30 mins.I left work early to make sure I’d make it there at 6:20pm, but ending up waiting around until 6:52pm without being seen. One staff member was with another customer (even though I was booked in for this time) and the other was just sitting at her computer not even getting me ready or anything.After waiting 32 minutes I ended up walking out without anyone saying a word, that’s how poor the customer service was. Not only did I leave work early to make my appointment, I felt disrespected as I was lied to about my appointment time and shown that my time meant nothing. I lost money from leaving work and at the end of the day still didn’t get my tax done, so I now have to find alternative means.For anyone looking to get their tax done, keep looking at the service and respect at this place is nonexistent.

Sonia is very professional and will follow up with you and remind you if you forget anything and will listen to you and get the job done.

Ok so it's mid July, your a tax agent and only have 1 staff member on.... I made an appointment to ensure I would get served... No text/email notification that you couldn't complete the job.... sorry but no customer service equals no customer.
