The older lady working there once was lovely towards me honestly the best one there but then she left ☹. The best there now are Madina and the French man ( apologies as i dont remember his name)Had some negative expiriences with some of the other staff and it is very true, and I am not the only one who can see that the phones dont get answered in time and when they are ( required to wait up to 40 minutes on hold). As someone else wrote, blamed on the job seeker. Client for some time however not one interview was provided, although on numerous occasions asked for any type of work that I could perform or had the skills for. Jobs or interviews are promised by some however never followed up on or delivered.Manager seems like a nice man, however never had seen him or had one on one meeting with him. If you go to this agency try to be linked to eather Madina or lovely French man.

I can't express the way Amy had gone above and beyond to get me into organisations, I have struggled to get a foot in the door in the past. This caseworker is simply amazing, though struggling times arose still Amy never gave up on me. She made absolutely sure I got sustainable employment. It's hard to go to a job network provider and not feel judged because you don't want to work. That is some of the previous experiences I have had with other job network providers. That kinda stigma adds to the knock backs job seekers have endured. Knock backs in interviews can be traumatic, and create a mindset that no matter how hard you try you won't get the job anyway. But to have someone confident in your ability to achieve and conquer that's a different kinda genuine. That's Amy C. I'm ready to go into my new role.

I had a worse experience working with this agency. I have contacted Mehdi Shaheen who told me to I will call you on Friday, but he did not and he told me he will contact me this week.I wasn't really happy with him.

I offer the following recommendation of Max Employment-Dandenong. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. During my past unemployment period, I have found them to be extremely helpful & supportive. I find it difficult to belief that anyone could provide a better service. The staff at Max are always cheerful, upbeat & entirely focused on helping clients into employment. I take my hat off to them.

The Worst Job Provider in Melbourne, Victoria! They have done nothing more than sending papers for appointments, they never call or send a message. They need to do their job, helping the people find the right job. Instead they abuse you and make it hard for us, laugh behind your back. Useless, unprofessional, incapable, lazy, unfit, heartless, selfish, careless, trifling, and just plain knobhead. Skipping the client's appointments and making no effort to help job seekers gain employment or anything. Do not ever use this disgusting company.

Don't think they help very much at all, my partner has been looking for a job for a while now, and all I'm seeing is a lot of broken promises.Never any follow through, supposed to have job interview after job interview, they say they'll send his resume off to the employer and that they will let him know what's happening. NOT ONCE has he got a call back.My partner has expressed that the people in the office talk very rudely about people, loud enough for everyone to hear, which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Don't recommend to be completely honest

Max Employment is very helpful with gaining employment. The staff are very professional and courteous and are keen to make their clients 'job ready'. I have had a lot of help with my cover letter and resume. My interview skills have improved dramatically since I joined them.

Max employment, now I have been a client to max employment for months now.And there is a lot of bad and I'll get to that in a second but for those who work there which areBonnie, dean Andrew, masuda are amazing, if you go to max employment for work see these people they always have a smile treat you with respect. But Marlene Lockwood, is a real peice of work, abusive, rude, does nothing, makes you feel horrible and I mean horrible about yourself. She will put you into courses that do nothing, she will say she is the resume queen" load of bullshit she is horrible. She will put you down in more ways then one don't get fooled she will "ACT" nice at first but then she is the nastiest person on this earth. She will cut your payments without doing anything regardless you send her an email to why if you have a certificate from the doctors. My best advice for people who are young old whoever you want a job DONT GO TO MAX EMPLOYMENT unless you know you won't get her
