Saltbush Motor Inn

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting a girlfriend living in Hay. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we checked in the staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean and tidy and both the bathroom and living spaces were huge. Beds were super comfy and the shower pressure was amazing. Anything we needed the staff were happy to help. Would highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. The only downfall was our noisy neighbours carrying on at 5am

I am obligated to heap praise on this place. Having driven from Perth and here via Adelaide I think I can review with some sensibility.This room is the best. Large. Sooo clean. Beautifully prepared, spa and a rich, luxurious shower. Wonderful. Thank you. You deserve 5 star and any awards coming your way. Thank. You!!

Excellent value, modern with very large rooms, purpose build with kitchenette wash up sink etc, this will be my go to whenever I am in the area.

Loved this place. Managers are so lovely and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and a great size. The beds are comfy and the bathroom was a good size too.

The Saltbush Motor Inn offers extraordinarliy high quality country town accomodation. It's fair to say this operation can not be faulted. Rooms are vast, fresh and spotlessly clean with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Beds and bedding seem very close to brand new and really comfortable with crisp white sheets and pillow slips. Abundant bath towels, hand towels and face towels all perfectly presented. The manager Julie is tremendous. We stayed over the Hay Cup 2022 weekend and the Saltbush was full to the brim. Julie was totally unflappable catering to a seemingly constant flow of requests, adjustments and general needs of an enthsiastic and fairly excitable guest list. Julie and family are the consumate hosts, and this should not be taken for granted as these days it seems all to rare to find high quality service at the level offered by the Saltbush management. Finally, all of this is offered at really competitive compelling prices. Thanks for a great stay!.

I've never felt cleaner in a motel room ! All tiled rooms, great beds and even better shower. Cleanliness was a high priority for this motel and they achieved it. Nothing better when your away from home and you feel comfortable in your motel !

Great place to spend the night when traveling through Hay. Good location, quiet, clean rooms that are well appointed with comfortable beds.
