Very good experience!!! Super clean and provided everything you need, towels, robes, slippers, hair dryer, disposable underwear, hairpin, face lotion...

A unique experience. Certainly best on a quiet day, my favourite thing was the dunking bucket that showers you with cold water after the sauna.The bathrooms are truly tiny and pretty uncomfortable, and there is nowhere to relax, but the bathing itself is really nice.

Visited the Melbourne spa a couple of weeks ago. Just wanted to say our experience was fantastic! I booked a little last minute for the bathhouse experience and made an error in my booking. I contacted them as soon as I realised and they were very accomodating with changing the booking for me. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, calming fragrance hits you when you walk in, facilities were all tidy and the young lady who greeted us made us feel very well taken care of. I’ve been to Sense of Self previously but I actually prefer Comma, it’s a little more calm and relaxing I find. I didn’t get around to drinking water during my time there which was a big mistake because I felt very dehydrated after, totally my fault! Also just want to note, I read the reviews regarding racial profiling, we are a mixed race couple and we had no issues whatsoever. Amazing experience thankyou very much Comma! We will be back

Spent an extremely relaxed afternoon at Comma. The environment and service were above standard. Love the Japanese style hot tub. I had the equilibrium massage which included a mini facial it was amazing! Will be back soon.

Had a brilliant massage and treatment here, it was incredibly relaxing and Yoko was fabulous. I left feeling very rejuvenated! Thank you so much for a beautiful morning.

Excellent first Bathhouse experience in Melbourne. Beautiful modern design. The whole place is clean. Throughly enjoyed the Mineral Hot Tub, the Infrared Sauna and Cold Pail Shower. They helps with my muscles soreness from cycling and my skin feels smoother the next morning!Also had one of the massages, Deeper Fibres"

Wasn’t sure what to expect with the shared bath house but my experience was incredibly relaxing. The staff were so lovely and Jason was incredible for my massage. I felt completely at ease the whole time

If you’re after a bad massage you’ve come to the right place ! After emailing Comma they didn’t even bother responding until I did 2 follow up emails to be heard! They clearly don’t seem to care about their customers returning or being satisfied with their treatments as they simply don’t take on any feed back nor admit when they are in the wrong and refuse any sort of compensation.I wanted to treat my pregnant sister, my mother and myself a massage, first thoughts of comma was a beautiful industrial calm vibe until you looked further the premises was filthy. Going in both myself and my mother were very clear that we needed a deep tissue massage the therapists were very confident that they could accommodate. My sister just wanted some relief as she is pregnant with twins.During the massages my mothers right leg wasn’t massaged and left arm wasn’t massaged either!! the pressure wasn’t firm at all. My massage unfortunately wasn’t the greatest as it wasn’t firm either, after asking multiple times to be firmer I ended up giving up and counting down for the massage to be over. If the therapists couldn’t do our massages we would of preferred them to be honest at the start so we didn’t waste our time and money. Luckily my sister had a pleasant experience but for mysef and my mother we ended up leaving ripped off annoyed and needing another massage. We are locals here and wouldn’t be recommending anyone to come to comma.

Wonderful private experience, but when we went there was no soap, no conditioner and a little bit of shampoo… when staff came in and we asked hello? No one responded, they just went about and topped up the tea. We were told it was our space to use for that time so if staff are to enter and exit as they please it would be nice to have the courtesy to give customers a heads up
