I have been coming to Indigo Hair for 9/10years and I woupd never go to anotherHairdresser. Shireen and Amy are amazing they will recommend best hair colour and style based on complexion/face shape ect. They will recommend hair care products to maintain healthy hair and your colour but are not pushy. It is a comfortable salon with a relaxed and fun vibe

I don't normally do bad reviews but I feel completely ripped off. The colour that I got was completely different to what I asked for. I asked for a particular style and even showed an example photo to be absolutely clear about what I meant. For some reason they decided to do something completely different. I later complained and asked for a refund as I am not confident they could fix it. Rather than acknowledge and apologise for the issue and offer a solution (as is standard in any decent customer service) they were very defensive and argumentative and came up with many bizarre and irrelevant excuses. I payed a lot of money and was left feeling pretty upset and disappointed.

Love love love the ladies at Indigo Hair !!!Always super friendly and I have never walked out feeling less than stunning !!Great team and the best hairdressers in Coffs !

I would literally be afraid of this place. I too am a hairdresser and have seen a dreadful chemical burn on a 16 year old girl. She has had one operation (as the bleach has burnt her head and her hair Won't grow back!)They would not take any responsibility or even a refund on the bleach job and upstyle ( that was for her formal)She still needs Another operation and time in the burn unit! You should be ashamed.....

I've tried other salons but the young blonde girl is the only one that knows how to do my hair.

Always walk out feeling fantastic. I'm a long time client and intend on staying there. Professional and talented hairdressers. Highly recommended this salon. Shireen you are brilliant.

The girls at Indigo hair are incredible. I've been blonde for over 10 years now and could never find a good hairdresser until 4 years ago when I found Shireen!Amazing at everything they do and so welcoming and beautiful to everyone ❤Would not go anywhere else!

So happy with my hair, had a cut and treatment and Sam did an amazing job! Can't get over how shiny it is. recommend!
