They just want your money, you won't get any service here. Went in asking for advice on a couple of different rifles and was told the brochures are on the rack near the door on your way out".Will never be back."

I visited the store recently. There were only two other customers and two staff. I stood at the counter waiting for at least 5 minutes while the closest staff member had a lengthy conversation with a friend about cars without once acknowledging me. Customer service was non existent. I won't be back and will be advising the many people I shoot with to not waste their time going there.

If you want a great range of firearms backed up by extremely knowledgeable staff, then go and see Jon, Dylan, Dave and Neil.They stock a good range of rifles, shotguns, ammunition and reloading supplies.Pricing has always been fair.By far, the most helpful and friendly gun shop I have dealt with.A family business that has been running for 60 years must be doing something right!

Not real impressed tbh fellas, pretty average customer service and then ya charged me for ammo at double the price of every other store in Melbourne.Rang another shop to confirm stock and price then rang these back guys to confirm that it wasnt a mistake and was told yes

Staff were super helpful, they communicated really well and went above and beyond to help me buy a rifle. Super patient with a somewhat inexperienced buyer like me even when the store was quite busy and had lots of useful information that I hadnt considered. Thanks guys!

Truly great staff, I've talked to them all on many different occasions all very helpful and knowledgeable willing to give you the time needed to select the firearm you want and that fits what you need.I've been to a lot of the shops around Melbourne but they are now my regular.

John and his staff, Neil, David and Dylan all show a large range of experience. From hunting, to the use of various calibres and anything you would like to know about reloading. Honestly bit disappointed with the service of old mate. The owner is a proper condescending bloke with even worse breath. Wouldn't recommend going in unless you enjoy being spoken down to by a bloke who lives in mum's Ringwood basement and enjoys smearing assorted deli meats on himself.
