I’ve been lucky enough to have Heather as my hairdresser for several years now. Heather and Tana are amazing! It’s a beautiful salon, and they go out of their way to make clients comfortable, with lovely refreshments, and good, friendly conversation. Heather always listens to my ideas, and does a fantastic job on my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They’ve also kindly stepped in a couple of times when my daughter had some “ I did it myself” hair issues! Fixing some of those errors takes some serious skill! Thanks ladies.

I have been visiting this salon for 6 years and going to the owner heather for my hair for about 12 years . I travel 35 minutes from home, just to go to this salon, the service and results are so good. Beautiful salon, fantastic service and great pricing, with the latest in hair styling tools and treatments. Great at colouring blonde hair. Thanks to Heather and Tana for their great work!

Simply put, I love this place! I had an informative free consult with Heather and Tana who came up with a plan to correct a box dye (gone wrong) and give me my desired blonde. The following day, Tana and Beth worked as the most amazing dynamic duo and TRANSFORMED my hair. They were knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and we had the best experience together. On top of that, when I was a little unsure of the blonde, they opened up time for me the next day and welcomed me back with open arms. We put some darker lowlights in to breakup and balance the blonde and I AM IN LOVE with my new hair. Heather, Tana and Beth, your are phenomenal and everyone needs to be coming to Avenida!

I'm writing this on behalf of my friend as she is too anxious to write it herself. However her experience was less than satisfactory. She said the staff service was lovely, however was left in tears after her haircut was unflattering and not what was asked for. She did go back in to ask if they could fix it which they did however she was still upset as she felt she paid alot for something that didn't make her happy.

5 star salon. This is a wonderful salon where you always leave feeling amazing. Very professional and experienced staff. I have been a client for years and would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a quality service. The pampering is topped off with good quality tea, coffee and nibbles and great magazines.

Complete disaster. Hair destroyed, and the owner could care less. Plus they live the good old trick of charging you $40 extra for a blowout even when this was expressly ask not to be done. If you go, you'll only go once and you'll regret it for months if not longer.

Absolutely terrible! Terrible! Headed straight home to wash these “curls” out. Some are straight, some are curly, it’s an absolute mess. Do not recommend in any way!!! Absolute waste of $70.
