FOG Projects

We used FOG Projects for our 2nd story extension Oct 2019 – April 2020 and would absolutely recommend Daniel and his team of builders without a doubt. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to an exceptional standard and we could not be happier with the end result. He is a builder who is easy to talk to, has the best trades and is very experienced in what he does. We knew from our very 1st meeting that Daniel would be the best fit for us and we were spot on. Our job included a large 2nd story extension with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, beautiful staircase and study nook. It ended up being an ECO friendly state of the art smart home which was absolutely to the plan and not to mention matching our ground floor with comments from people that you would never know we actually did an extension (the sign of experience). A job very well done and would definitely use Daniel again as a builder for any future work.

We engaged with Fog Projects earlier this year to do a bathroom renovation. Fair to say our expectations were well and truly exceeded by Dan and his team. We have done a number of renovations over different homes in different countries. When it comes to design we generally like to take a different approach. This often leads to issues with our builders, where what we are doing is anything but 'standard'. That was not the case with Dan, he clearly understood what we wanted and proactively ensured this was delivered on, day after day. We can highly recommend working with Fog Projects.

We engaged Daniel and the team at FOG Projects to complete a kitchen and bathroom renovation for us. We had a decent set of drawings already made up, but Daniel helped us value manage and reconfigure the spaces to have a more usable and functional space than what we had designed.Daniel had to work to a tight programme, and helped us with cost savings throughout the construction. He was open, transparent and honest, and was always responsive to our phone calls and queries.We live in an art deco (circa 1940s) apartment, and the renovation required some thinking outside-of-the-box to work through some latent conditions which were discovered.The FOG Project team always kept quality and detailing at the front of our discussions, and worked with us to make timely design decisions so the programme could keep on moving. The project was completed in under 7.5 weeks.We couldn't be happier with their work and efforts, particularly navigating COVID supply issues, and health and safety protocols.Highly recommend Daniel and the FOG Projects team.
