Living in the digital age and not being technologically savvy can be extremely challenging. Enter Absolute Tuning Services where I was fortunate to have my call answered by Jigar, a softly spoken and very polite gentleman who did his utmost to rectify the problem over the telephone and established what could be done to resolve the issue prior to coming out to the house, thus ensuring he had the correct fix. Jigar was just as professional, polite, helpful and softly spoken in person and once again worked hard to fix the problem. While he was ultimately unable to fix the issue with the fetch Mighty set top box (a software problem that would not allow the unit to move past the initial login) he was at least able to sort out an issue with our internet connectivity and signal booster. I cannot recommend Jigar highly enough and the service provided by Absolute Tuning Services. They are clearly very focused on customer service and satisfaction and the radio ad campaign they ran featuring a Scottish accented voice was catchy and clever, leading me to their service in the first place. Jennifer, you are very fortunate to have such a stellar employee in Jigar!

if you are like me when it comes to technology and just want everything working by just pressing the on button. Then this is the go for you. originally I was only having picture problems on my tv but since I already had Jigar on site I had him sort out my home theatre situation which was deemed 'too difficult' by previous so called professionals. it took a while but Jigar was determined to get it sorted and eventually did it.. although i hope i don't need their services again. If I ever do have tv and technology related issues Absolute Tuning Service will definitely be my fir st choice
