Diagnosed my washing machine problem over the phone and provided me an estimated cost of repair. Due to needing a new control board (expensive) I decided to buy a new machine. I am grateful for the time (unpaid) he gave me, when I expected I would be up for a call out.

Mitch is just amazing! I called him for a second opinion on a washing machine another company said was unrepairable and to buy a new one. He came out the next day and fixed it in less than an hour for a fraction of the cost of buying a new one! He also did a full service on the machine at no extra cost and gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain it to avoid any future issues. It now works like new!
