I had severe acne when I was in high school and have been suffering from many post-acne symptoms since. My face is covered in acne scars and redness from occasional active acne. After many years of trial and error, I decided to give laser treatment a try and came across CMC because of their highly regarded reviews.During the consultation, Jenner was really honest and knowledgeable. She did not sugarcoat anything after recommending CO2 skin resurfacing treatment for my acne scars and uneven skin tone, and Coolview to reduce oily skin to prevent future acne. She told me everything about the downtime, what the laser can and cannot do, and how I should take care of myself after the procedure to maintain optimal results.On the day of the treatment, while I had the numbing cream on my face and was undergoing Coolvire laser prior to the resurfacing itself, Jenner offered to remove some of the beard on my neck where it could potentially cause acne. I was amazed and grateful for how much she cared about these little details. I had told her that I occasionally get acne on my neck after I shave, so she offered to remove the hair for me so I wouldn't have to shave and prevent further breakouts.The aftercare was really easy with the guide provided. I came back a few times for the healing light, which was so relaxing and calming after the resurfacing treatment. Now that the scabs on my face are starting to fall off, I can see very bright and smooth new skin, and I couldn't be happier. I'm really looking forward to seeing how my skin will transform after my healing process is completed. Thank you again, Jenner and the CMC team. I have been thinking about facial freckle removal for over a decade. I had a lot of sun damage growing up in the 90s where sunscreen wasn’t a thing, and after having kids my pigmentation darkened even more. In the last ten years I would have seen over a dozen top dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons and laser clinics, but I have always hesitated to proceed as I had 5 main criteria in choosing the correct place and none quite ticked all the boxes - after all it is on my face and I have seen some disasters online.1. The clinic had to have evidence of working and achieving results with Asian skin. It is crucial they understood that Asian pigmentation is different.2. The therapist/beautician/nurse (the person holding the laser) has EXPERIENCE. Laser treatments do not require someone with a doctorate and practically anyone can get a licence to do it, so I really didn’t want some young kid fresh out of school (and sometimes they don’t even have that) be holding a laser near my face pretending to relate to my post-birth and multiple children, and traumatised skin. Most of the top clinics had girls who had only been using lasers for a short period or could only direct you to the website if probed for more information.3. Actually understand the different laser types and effects. Most only understand and sell the one laser they have available- which is not necessarily the correct application to everyone’s problem. Again comes back to Experience.4. No pressure selling into multi session when everyone’s skin is different, reacts different etc.5. Affordable investment.Now you can see why it took me a long time to find someone… but you can thank me later.I was referred to CMC by a friend and finally booked to have a consult with Jenner. She is awesome, highly experienced and certainly knows her stuff when it comes to lasers. She is genuine, factual yet compassionate person with a wealth of knowledge. I was very impressed that she’s been using lasers for over 30years or so, and is very passionate about it. She has quite the collection of them in her clinic.I was recommended to just start with one session of CO2 skin resurfacing, see how my skin reacts then proceed with q-switch if necessary. The actual treatment was quick and painless (after numbing cream), CO2 downtime was 7 days, although I was back to work after 48hrs, scabs and all.The results are amazing! I had a BCC removed from a good few years ago which left quite a deep scar. It was in a highly visible area so it affected my confidence and self esteem. After doing some research on potential ways to treat and manage it, I decided on having a consultation with Jenner Chua to get her opinion. She was easy to communicate with was very thorough with her assessment. She recommended performing CO2 ablative laser as a first line treatment for the scar with the option of additional fractional laser at a later period.I underwent the C02 ablative laser treatment just over a month ago. It was quite red for a few weeks post treatment but I can now see a significant improvement in the scar texture and depth now. The redness has also reduced considerably in the last week or so - I would imagine it will be gone in a few more weeks. I had a couple of follow up consultations and Jenner was super helpful with answering all my questions and provided all the necessary advice on aftercare. Definitely got the vibe that there was no motives in persuading me to do another treatment and Jenner was very straight up and honest in her assessment and advice.To be honest I wish I did this sooner as the outcome has been great and the downtime was only a few weeks!I will definitely do a fractional laser follow up treatment down the line once this has healed fully as I am very impressed with the results so far!Thumbs up

I would like to extend my greatest gratitude to Jenner for the work she has done for me. I had a sebaceous cyst removed from my right face by her. She is so professional, very honest to what she can do without over promising and extremely skilful in her work. It's been 3 months after the treatment, I can hardly see the scar on my face now!!! It is just incredible! I am strongly recommend for those who has a sebaceous cyst, don't go for a conventional surgery cause it will leave mark on your skin, instead do a CO2 Laser treatment with Jenner.
