They're extremely easy to communicate with and never disappoint. Becky and the team are reliable, professional, affordable, and continue to deliver great results. Highly recommend.

The cleaners at Pristine did a wonderful job. Thorough and high standard. I had been using them for several years. During Covid they may have lost some staff and so had new people come to clean. But then all of a sudden they stopped coming to the regular weekly clean and I have been “ghosted”. I have tried contacting via email and phone but no response. Really really disappointed because I was happy with the cleans. I also allowed weeks to pass by before trying to contact them each time because I thought they might be busy due to staff shortages. But just no response. Disappointed in the management but not the cleaners.

Extremely professional service,I have been using Pristine for almost 4 months now twice a week,they are always on time every time and do an amazing job.I have never had any issues, I have tried and struggled to find good cleaners/ house keeping for a long time and very grateful I have found pristine.highly recommended services. :)

Very professional, excellent eye for detail, polite and courteous is only the start of how I can describe Pristine Housekeepers.We have had the delight of having Lina attend, I would rate higher than five stars. We have found everyone great to deal with from the director, Becky , to Head of Housekeeping Yvonne, to Lina, the team member who helps us immensely with our housekeeping needs regularly. Definitely do yourselves a favour and have Pristine help you!!!

The team at Pristine Housekeepers are amazing! They are always on time; they do a remarkable job, and they follow instruction really well. There are plenty of cleaners out there but if you are looking for a really good one and reasonable price, we highly recommend them :)

The Admin Team are very professional and they actually came over and gave a proper quote instead of guestimate and the couple that came to clean did a great job and it wasn't an easy one. They even sorted out the Tupperware Drawer. Very impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I can't imagine using anyone else after using Pristine!I usually chat to Becky about times I'm available to have my place cleaned and she always tries her best to accommodate my busy work schedule. I've had a few different cleaners from Pristine but they have all been excellent and their attention to detail is like no other! They're also very friendly and I feel comfortable leaving them to clean without needing much instruction, which is saying a lot as i'm very particular!Thanks again for making my life so much easier, can always count on these guys :)
