Would vote 0 starts if that was an optionWorst customer service experience ever.After quoting communication is poor, e-mails and phone calls gone unanswered and not returned as promised.Finish product was missing items that had been quoted on, such as prep table, when I questioned staff on pick up was told “It had a $0 amount next to it on the invoice, so we assumed it was an error” despite being a listed item on my quote and invoice provided to me by owner Roy. When I pushed back on this comment was told, if you want it you have to pay extra for it, my response was of course I want it, that’s why I ordered it and its clearly on my quote that I signed off on and the invoice that I was provided and that if the owner quotes me $0 as he said he would chuck it in that’s his choice. I would have paid extra if I had known but that was not the conversation I had.Fridge slide did not come with tie down points, despite running through the job when getting it quoted and me asking how the fridge gets tied down, was advised by Roy (owner) tie down points are built in, this was not listed as an additional item on the quote or invoice so assumed it was included.Roy was not onsite when I picked the car up and the 2 staff, I spoke to were just plain rude and I was getting nowhere so I advised that I would reach out to the owner and my first point of contact Roy and sort it out with him, I have since done this via e-mail and a follow up phone call and he has responded to neither.I did not get what I paid for, the product was unfished, and I had to stuff around coming up with my own tie down points, spend additional money or purchasing them and install them myself.Following them on Facebook this company seems to be pushing heavy on their marketing yet can’t even service the customers they have.I delayed this review in hope that Roy would reach out, disgusting customer service and extremely disappointing.

Amazing service and quality

Pathetic service and when designing draw system told incorrect false basic lie to get sale by John from Wingfield. Roy or ray who runs the show by name and not height has serious customer service issues and when dealing with what could have been a simple resolved issue. Instead this little man slams doors and hangs up and customers voicing there concern in there product and staff. Save your money and time and go look somewhere else because there lifetime warranty stands for nothing and they even do there own reviews online what a joke hey John.

Can't speak highly enough of the team at the adelaide workshop. I shopped around for a few months before choosing a drawer and fridge slide for my Ranger from them and have been over the moon with the product. They were happy to customise the setup in anyway to meet my requirements. The after sales support has been second to none and is the main reason I'd recommend Lawson's to anyone in the market. No major issues but each time I've spoken with the guys they've encouraged me to treat the drawer and slide as rough as I can because it's made to live up to it and they'll continue to fix it under a lifetime warranty if there is any issues

Great business with a superior product. From initial contact, to final installation they were easy to deal with. Installation was very quick and to a very high standard.

Awesome service today by these guys. Replaced a broken draw latch for free, I was expecting to pay for it. Highly recommend.
