Malvern ULR is the best Land Rover/Jag Dealer in Victoria (at least). I recently was on the market for a new Jag and had the absolute pleasure of have Andrew T. as my Sales Exec. He know his stuff, you can tell a real car lover and he was incredibly polite, courteous and efficient. There was no unpleasant salesmanship" that one comes to expect from a Car Dealer

I just took delivery of a new Defender 110 P300 from ULR. Salesman Bart went above and beyond during the 9 months it took for order to be delivered. He has over 20 years experience with Land Rover products and his knowledge was greatly appreciated.Communication was fantastic throughout the process. I am aware of numerous instances where Bart responded to communications after-hours or on his day off.This was my first purchase of a JLR product. Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership and Bart to anyone considering a JLR product.Thank you to the ULR team!

Went here yesterday to look for a new Defender and spoke with Blair. He couldn't have been more disinterested. Told me a build starts at 140k but wouldn't go through any options. Went to Brighton Land Rover who couldn't have been more helpful and surprise, a good spec will be 127K. Ill place my order this week. Don't waste your time going here.

I’d just like to share that I have had a great experience buying my first ever Land Rover. Blair Sloan, at ULR Malvern, was fantastic - from booking the first test drives of the D300 and P400 Defenders right through to delivery. I went the 110 P400 SE in Carpathian Grey and was well guided regarding options and features to include in the car. What a great car! I enjoy it more each time I drive it.

Picked up the Defender a week ago and can not fault the service provided by ULR. Took a recommendation from a friend and didn’t regret it at all. Blair Sloan is my guy! He made the whole process from start to finish a breeze. Responded to all my enquires promptly, even on he’s days off. Would definitely revisit in the future for the next one, even if it means I have to drive down from Geelong. Good job!

I frist met Matt years ago and decided to upgrade my car. He was extremely helpful and took great care of me. Blair also helped me get the car I've been wanting for years now. Excellent service and would highly recommend their no nonsense approach, they will do their best and you can trust that. Excellent!

I recently picked up my new Defender from Blair @ ULR and I can't speak highly enough of the experience.Blair was great to deal with throughout the whole process, from build through to delivery.
