Terrible customer service. Have had to chase up update on my order multiple times (at peak - I had to call their offices 5 times in a single day just to get an answer on where my couch was). And they kept making me feel like I was in the wrong, despite the fact that everyone who helped" me kept giving me conflicting information. Were not able to update me with actual information on whereabouts of my order

I bought a beautiful bed from Beds Online in June 2015 and it is still going strong! It was reasonably priced and was delivered very promptly. I could not be happier and I don't understand why there are so many low ratings!!!

shocking company to deal with after a month of waiting delivered only half my bed and chest of drawers and bed side tables were the wrong colour no answers as to where the other half of my bed is I have to wait for a refund till they pick up the furniture very bad customer service pat dahlstrom

Chloé! Super rude receptionist, not helpful at all. Was screaming on the phone when I was talking nicely.Overall service is horrible. Ordered bed on the 26/11 and will come on 14/12. Better shop elsewhere. This is place is a headache.Most important you don't feel valued as a customer

Next day delivery is false. It took them 6 days to set a delivery date. They didn't communicate the delivery instructions to the delivery company so they attempted to deliver on days I was unavailable. Rescheduling delivery was a kafkaesque bouncing between a Support rep and the delivery company, neither of which wanted to make any commitments. The Support Rep didn't even want to hear that the delivery instructions weren't being passed on to the delivery company, or that they were 6 days late. Oh and to top it off, I wrote a review for their website detailing these problems and it got deleted.

Ordered a med firm bed but they delivered a firm bed. Sent it back. They ordered the correct bed and tried to deliver it but went to wrong suburb over an hour away. Rescheduled. Third and final attempted delivery of the bed - still the wrong bed - delivered the firm bed. Have decided to keep it because I'm sick of arguing with them. It will have to do.

Terrible customer service, it has been 3 weeks and not a word on where my mattress was. Called them multiple times only for them to say they will followup and give ma a call back at the end of the day. No followup call was ever received. Stay away from this company!
