Hard to find a staff member that isn't socialising,and when you DO find one, half the time they're argumentative. Store is cluttered, and their website that tells you what aisle and bay an item is in is incorrect. Good if you know what you want and can get in and get out.

Recently had a problem with an item I had purchased, I was allowed to return it for a new one but instead they decided to give me a massive upgrade no problems at all. I was very grateful and did not expect their kindness and huge gestures. The staff were very helpful special mention to Dylan, thanks again it was truly amazing what you did for me.

3 requests to employees for help, 3 times the call went out over the PA, even called the front desk from the aisle to remind them I was still waiting for assistance.No help came so had to leave and eventually come back when I don't have my 9 month old with me so that I can lift the 40kg shelving units myself.All up waited for 35 minutes in the same spot after requesting help 3 times.

The last 3 months have been crazy as you moved product around and you staff had no idea when approached where things were. I would like to think signage has been updated. Second, I understand the need for your meetings, but you need someone designated to keep an eye on the customer needs and ensure they are met not left to meander around. When school holidays are on you get parents and children coming in and that needs to be managed. I am a shareholder, and these comments are based around the need of clients. I hope you realize having your meetings at one of the main gates in is also a main gate out and if you guys are having a laugh its not a good look for your clients who are waiting to be served. I have worked in management and do understand but does the client.

Who doesn't love Bunnings. Love the kids area, the snags, the cafe, the ranger, the huge car park and staff.Wagga Bunnings is the biggest for hundreds of kms. There's not much they don't have.I just wish the cafe was open longer. They chose st 4pm and that's when I need coffee the most.

I'm new to the area and not used to such a big store and City so found it hard to walk around looking for what I wanted and very few staff around to ask. I couldn't find everything I was after and I was exhausted so had to leave. I got the important things to get a job started though.
