Too Much Plastic!Recently introduced new packaging for chicken hearts and liver which contains much more plastic. Cylindrical containers take up three times the space in bags, fridge, freezer, recycling bin and landfill where 70% still goes. This is just so irresponsible. The customer has no choice if they need the product.

Woolworths insurance is a scam. Funny they don’t even have this brand in google to hide their terrible reputation with Hollard insurance. This is a dodgy partnership. Never ever trust Woolworths/Hollard insurance or wait for your claim being ignored for months or years and going to AFCA. Be mindful and stay away from their insurance and don’t get fooled by the monthly 10% Woolworths grocery discount. Read Hollard Insurance’s reviews for better view. As Hollard (their insurance partner) has such a bad reputation, they go to the market under Woolworths.

Woolworths is making huge profits recently, and no doubt about it! One of the reasons to make those profit is the reason that bothers me.If you ever shop groceries through multiple Woolies online accounts, you will notice different prices for the same products. Sadly, I find it unfair, but that's one of those ways through which Woolies has been making profits. I wish this were clearly communicated or informed to the online shoppers. My recommendation to the readers is you please stick to using one Woolies account, as that might cost you a few less dollars when compared to using two or more accounts for your own reasons.

I’m a fan of the rewards program rewards extra for $7 a month I get 10% discount, shopping is x3 rewards points . Plus if you boost products like I have this week $130 shopping was 2000 Points earning me $10 off next shop

Looks like the cost of living is being driven up by woolsworth group. Everyday essentials are priced at least 30 percent higher than Coles, aldis or iga. A customer is gravely inconvenienced by not being provisioned bags for their supplies. If you guys were charging for the plastic bags, where did all that Money go ??? Now that woolsworths have paper bags, a customer shouldnt not have to pay for your-environmentally friendly bags. Instead of running stores that mimick correctional facilities, with exercise video survellience make an attempt to become customer-focussed.

Your prices have doubled, tripled with in a year, ridiculous... just how much more do you want to make in profits? Or are you blaming inflation? Covid? Or just greed... next time the milk with increase to $9, Bread will most likely follow suit to hit $5 a loaf. While your products have increase ridiculously, have you increased your employees income? Of course you haven't. You do not consider the pensioners who have no choice to live on what they have.

This corporate office writes very unkind job rejection letters during lockdown. I still remember it now and think that people should be kinder and they should be reported to HR.

Woolworths Qantas FF Credit CardWoolies have decided to cancel ALL credit cards. I have had Woolies FF Card for many, many years and have just been contacted by Woolies to say they are cancelling ALL customer credit cards. They have only given about 6 or 7 weeks' notice of cancellation. In that short time I have to research other credit cards, apply and wait for approval (as I'm retired that can be a challenge to prove income etc) and then change info for all my regular billers to change regular payments to new credit card. I will now also lose my 10% monthly discount on one shop per month with no offer to retain this on my rewards card or any other way. Woolies have shown no consideration for their customers in this decision. They offered to swap us to MacQuarie card but I am not accepting that and will cancel as soon as auto monthly payment of full balance is done.I have been looking at Woolies Mobile Phone contracts and insurance policies. I will definitely NOT be considering those now as Woolies can do the same thing with these and leave customers in the lurch again.I emailed Woolies to express my disappointment at this change and asked for a pro rata refund of my credit card fees as they cancelled the card. Of course, I received no reply. Thanks Woolies. I have just been approved for a Coles Mastercard and have taken up a Coles Mobile phone contract. You have lost a loyal customer of many years and we will now be shopping at Coles and our local IGAs.
