My recent customer experience with F+H Jewellery has been nothing short of outstanding. After waiting more than 2 months for Australia Post to deliver a very special gift for my daughter’s 21st birthday, Courtney has been there to support us every step of the way… trying to find answers, communicating and updating regularly, and eventually sending another necklace (the original is still in “transit” somewhere)! Courtney is an asset to F+H Jewellery and we will definitely be purchasing more beautiful jewellery from this wonderful brand in the future.

Such gorgeous pieces- whether your after bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings or even bags, they are the most beautiful pieces I have ever owned and the quality speaks for itself! The best part is the pieces can be worn from day to night, easily! The customer service is also on another level... whether its to guide you or to assist in styling you, you will get nothing but the best! Fantastic customer service. My order amongst a few others were somehow lost on the particular day I ordered. I only picked this up 5 weeks after ordering (allowed for enough time delays with COVID). I contacted customer service and Tegan was so pleasant to deal with. She sorted me out and within two days my earrings had arrived and were sooo beautiful.
