Worst Real Estate to deal with. Have been renting for nearly 9yrs, get no fixtures done, then they put the rent up $200 per mth. They just blame the landlord. What r Real Estates for? No help at all.

Don't recommend doing business with this people. Extremely rude agents. I feel sorry for people that sell their properties through Grant's, we were ready to finalise the purchase but the agent was extremely rude and was in a hurry. Decided not to buy through them. The agents name was Gavin. He also made us uncomfortable by staring at us to much. Looking at other reviews, it looks like a lot of people are having the same experience. Strongly recommend stay away from this agency.

** ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ *** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** ⛔️ HOUSE OWNERS/ RENTERS BEWARE ⛔️ ***“Well I honestly couldn’t care less” - Rental ManagerCannot believe the way in which this company treats people. I can’t comment on the sales department but if it’s anything like the rental department I would steer clear of this company!Recently applied for a house for lease through this company through realestate.com.au, everything sent through correctly, references checked, everything done. We were strung along for a week by Grants with question upon question… pretty much doing Eliesha the property manager’s job for her.We were told we pretty much had the property just had to wait for one last thing from the property owner. The next day we got an email from Grants saying our application was unsuccessful…. We get it… leasing a property at the moment is hard and competitive… I called Eliesha to see what had gone wrong as she had told us the day before we had pretty much checked all the boxes… to find she had blocked my number and not responded to my messages.I then called the office and asked to speak with the rental manager to get some clarification and share my experience so that they could improve in areas I think they could work on with their customer experience.I spoke with the rental manager who told me it is what it is, I told her about my experience and she responded with “I couldn’t care less, the property manager is probably busy and doesn’t have time to Answer questions from Annoying renters like you. We are here first and foremost for the owners and that that. So don’t don’t bug her she’s not going to answer your questions.”This person has the worst…without a doubt… the worse customer service manner I have ever experienced… I was in shock.People looking to rent… STAY AWAY….Owners looking to rent out their property… STAY AWAY….The low rating on google makes sense now. This place is horrible.

I had a great experience buying my investment property in 2016 through Grants, but the rental department was atrocious. My second agent (they seem to change without notice every year?) was Anna, my tenants damaged my garage door, this was bought to my attention by a family member. I contacted Anna, and the tenants said it was done by a visitor and Anna told me that as it was not done by them I would have to pay to fix it. Obviously totally ridiculous, I called consumer affairs and they couldn't believe what she had said. As soon as I told Anna I had contacted consumer affairs, her story changed and the tenants definitely did have to fix it. They ended up moving out and their 'effort' of fixing the door was extremely pitiful but that's the law now right?My agent after that was Barbra. When my tenants 'moved out' they didn't take all their belongings and for some reason still had access to my house after their lease was up. This went on for 40 days! The house was a mess, and had apparently been cleaned 3 times. They had open inspections whilst the house was a mess. I demanded the bond back because the handling of the situation was a complete joke, I also lost money whilst having an empty house for that long (I am a young girl, not a boomer with several investments - I do feel the cost of a mortgage.)AVOID GRANTS BERWICK - THEY WILL COST YOU MONEY.

Have contacted Crystal Harris on several occasions about being added to the lease with my mum, for a house I’ve been living in for well over 12 months and keep getting told “waiting to hear back from the owners” which never happens. Hasn’t responded to any follow up emails. I now have no rental history of living in this house even though I’ve been paying rent for over a year. Now we are trying to move house and no real estate agent from other agencies can get a hold of her which is resulting in us not getting houses.Have also contacted her November last year about the garage roof caving in and still haven’t heard from her despite a phone call about it. Just a joke. The poor owners of the house probably have no idea that their garage roof is falling down.

I strongly DO NOT recommend. No professionalism at all, including their owner Mr Bruce !!. They extended lease of my property without any consent or discussion with me for one more year. Such a shameless team that they never admitted their mistake or did anything significant to help me out. Property is still rented against my consent. They then annoyed my tanents so that they stopped speaking to them. You need to follow up with them every day even on minor things. I would recommend you to think 10 times before giving this company any business. My bad, I should've read their reviews before giving them my property to manage. No wonder, why they have such poor ratings!
