Today I saw what customer service and professional work is all about.The young man there is polite, friendly and goes out of his way to do his work absolutely perfectly.I took my partners worn out favourite pair of sneakers here today and I kid you not they came back looking like brand new.I also had the battery replaced in his watch. Many services available here.The price was great and the service was quick. I would travel to his shop from any part of Adelaide as many of his customers do - now I see why.Thankyou again and I will definitely be back. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

So happy to say the least, so refreshing to find a shoe repairer that is passionate about his craft. He repaired my trusty heels that I thought were destined for the bin and made them like new, they are so comfy can't thank you enough. Well priced too! Found out that Jacob can also repair sneakers I had no idea.

Look, I'm so happy with the job Jacob did on my boots; that I'm leaving my first ever Google review. The dude is an absolute wizard.I seem to enjoy shovelling the pavement as I walk; bro did a re-tread and tidied up the lip/edging and gave the leather a bit of TLC to the point that they look brand new again. Did an amazing job, he even got them done for me on the same day too!I'd say I'll come back; but tbh I'm confident I'll never need to bring these boots back to him because they're probably indestructible now, brb gonna go climb Mt Everest in them. 11/10 would recommend.Great price, great service.Cheers cob!

Needed a key cut 15mins before closing time on a Saturday, they stayed open for me to rush over and have it done. Got two keys cut and found the service outstanding and the keys cut on quality Silca blanks.Don’t go to Bunnings to get your keys cut, go here and support an honest hard working small business!

Absolutely amazing! I couldn't be more satisfied. I had just bought these leather sandals, and accidentally splashed bacon fat onto them. Trying desperately to remove the oil I tried all the home remedies that Google prescribed, to no avail. Bellissimo came to the rescue. They worked their magic over 2 weeks: conditioning, then staining them a similar colour as the oil was STUBBORN. They now look great again. Lesson learnt, don't cook in your best shoes and always use waterproof spray! Highly recommended.
