Lady at the counter served a customer before me then proceeded to serve me. She then , without washing her hands or sanitising them , grabbed my pies out of the warmer with her bare hands that she used to handle cash beforehand. Would not recommend. I do NOT believe schweppes fish and chips are up to the basic standard of food handling and should be evaluated immediately.

Ordered tea for the family. Could not finish it all. The fish were really long and crispy, chips were nice. The calamari looked overcooked on the outside, but was perfectly cooked on the inside. The potato scallops (cakes for Victorians :P ) were nice and crispy as well.Overall, I would recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!I CAN NOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW HORRIBLE THE FOOD IS. And, The second we walk in just negative vibes and attitude from the owners.We ordered fish and chips $21!!! For the thinnest slice of old fish. And a hand full of chips.I wish I could upload a photo, the fish was so flat, smelt off, and grey!No apology from the staff/owner. We were told it’s fresh fish... it’s definitely not fresh. If we were to eat it, definitely would of got sick.Obviously this business does not care about quality.

Tonight was the First time I have had fish n chips for a while and tried these guys. I have to say it was amazing. Fish enormous, chips perfect, dim sims, potato cakes, kids had chips and gravy. Keep doing what you are doing ladies as it’s great. Service was awesome. Cheers Frank
