Worst pharmacy ever. Big big pick up mistakes. Over chstged, couldn't find anything good to say. Backstabbing staff. Mistake after mistake, then get blamed as the Dr changes meds!!! Isn't that their job. If u have mental health steer clear. They have no empathy or understanding, drop meds off to wrong house. Meds missing all the time. 2nice staff. Total disorganisation n chaos. This will go viral. DREADFUL NON UNDERSTANDING BUSINESS. STEER CLEAR. LMAO then send a bill that should never have been. How come, I'm on the safety net. NICE TRY. I OWE YOU NOTHING. IF ANYTHING U OWE ME BIG TIME. WORST PHARMACY IN SLOWBART. FULL OF INBR$&# IF U HAVE MENTAL HEALTH, THIS IS DEFINATLEY NOT THE PLACE TO GO. NO IDEA. JUST A CIRCUS, SHI$ SHOW. USELESS USELESS BRAINLESS.

Great service!! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Helped me select some new skin care to suit my needs and really listened to what I wanted. My past dealings with the pharmacy staff has been great too. Will continue to support this store!

I was struggling with getting my COVID-19 vaccination certification and I needed it urgently. I took my last vaccination from Glenorchy shop and they had my record. One staff member over there helped me a lot to solve the problem with getting certificate. She was very humble and passionate with her work.Thanks for such great service

First time here to pick up scripts for a friend who is in isolation stood for 10 minutes waiting to be served 5 people standing around didn't even acknowledge we were there no one else waiting finally got served said we would go back in half an hour. Went back same thing no one waiting ten minutes passed finally served got scripts wrong had to ring our friend after her putting a note on the scripts to say what she wantedWill not go again customer service does not exist there so imcompetent no way to encourage new customers Bev Shuker

Not a good pharmacy. Chemist Warehouse opposite is 100% better, with nicer and more efficient staff and better value for money with their products
