Wilberforce Vet Hospital

Very expensive and poor communication skills. My dog had a lump on his ear and the vet at Wilberforce was so confusing and vague about the prognosis and treatment that I took him for a second opinion to another vet. This new vet clearly explained my options based on test results and completed the procedure required. This new vet was also $720 cheaper than the Wilberforce vet. That is outrageous

I cannot thank everyone at Wilberforce Vet’s enough.I haven’t been using this veterinary for too long as we only moved to Wilberforce just under 18 months ago, making my previous vet too far away for me to use.I have X2 Amstaffs, X1 Labradoodle & X1 Poodle who are my fury kids & constant companions as well as my Caincross team.Both Amstaffs have needed surgery with one needing a large Lipoma removed along with some teeth. I was getting quite worried regarding him as he hadn’t been himself for a while.After his surgery he has returned to being his adorable self, which has made me so very happy & relieved.All at the Vet Clinic were all more than helpful, very friendly & with very easy & clear instructions for pre & post care.My every experience here has been awesome as well as edifying with what I consider to be very reasonable rates.I have no hesitation whatsoever in the continuation of my veterinary needs here nor any hesitation in recommendations of their services.They even returned Oli’s “comfort” sock washed!…. I’ve never had a vet return a comfort item let alone a washed one!.. 110% on this one & you’ve well & truely got me now!To all at Wilberforce Vet, thank you from the very bottom of my heart & much love to you. All the staff were friendly, kind, helpful and professional.We had a unwell dog who needed surgery ! The vet was very honest and patient with all the advice. Thanks to the team , our Choppa ( Puppa Dog) who couldnt even walk for a few days was up and running around in weeks. Highly recommended Wilberforce vet! Although it is a 40min drive from us , it is definitely worth the extra mile.Dr Greg Thompson and team are caring, friendly, attentive and doesn't cost and arm and a leg. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic vets. I cannot praise them enough. Brought two of my pets back to health when other vet's in the area said there was nothing more that could be done. I would NOT trust my pets life with anyone except Dr Greg and Dr Tom.

The level of faith and trust I have in this practice is beyond words, Efforts from this practice has given my cat Atticus more then just one extra chance at a comfortable life - It's not only the efforts the entire practice give to your pet but the education they can give you as a pet owner is beyond anything I've ever experienced in any other vet, I will travel 1 hour and 30 minutes or more to get to this practice over any other - Others I have sent here have the had the same positive experience, Forever my number one vet practice !
