The Flower Crew Originals

The Flower Crew simply blew away our admin at work celebrating her 40th. It was the biggest bunch of flowers and all the extras, like champagne ( the good stuff ) candles, bath salts and that amazing celebration balloon. The presentation was exceptional. Glitter in the flowers was a nice touch. Value for money. So happy to support local businesses who also support local community. You guys rock. We will see you again soon. I wish I knew how to post pics of what you supplied.

What an awesome company! I am in the UK and wanted something special and a little different for my Sisters Birthday who is in Brisbane, Australia. I picked the THIRSTY BLOOM BOUQUET. My sister loved it. It made my Sisters day. Gorgeous flowers and 5 cans of your own drink choices plus a gift note. Awesome customer service. They have the best quality, beautiful flowers and heaps of other cool gifts. I've been eyeing up the Christmas cupcakes! Thanks guys. You'll be my go to when I order for family and friends in Australia. Highly Recommended!

Reply: Don't promise to look into it if you or your staff are not available to do so.You obviously don't care about your customers and should have just simply said you were closed. In all the sms correspondences over the weeks, this was never advised.I received no proof of the item being sent but thank you for at least giving me my refund so we can all move on.I now definitely recommend others to go elsewhere for their flower needs.Original post:0 stars if i could. Ordering through this company has been a nightmare..Firstly, no confirmation emails or smsOrder placed on 20 Dec 2022. Was advised that the order would not be received until 2nd week of Jan 2023. We confirmed that we would still be happy to proceed.Followed up on 13 Jan. Advised they would check and got no response. Followed up again on 16 Jan and was advised they couldn't log in to check with the freight company.Followed up again today (23 jan) and finally seems like some action is being taken.However, only solution was they would check with the freight company. They did offer to resend (which would mean a further delay of 7 to 14 days) or they would give me a refund. No offer to express post or fast track delivery options.These flowers ordered were for a team member as condolences. They are returning to work soon and yet the flowers havent even come in. This has been delayed by a month. i appreciate that there was the public holidays and festive season but the staff here at the flower crew dont seem to care abour their customers. Their unresponsiveness and delay in any action caused an unnecessary waste of time. The staff dont care and that's just unacceptable.Given they cannot guarantee that resending would arrive within 7 days, they advise they will process a refund (Obviously no compensation provided for wasting everyone's time).To be honest I'm sceptical as to whether the flowers were ever sent in the first place, but least I have now received a refund.I'm tempted to say do yourself a favour and order from a different more reliable company"."

What an incredible gem! I arrived not sure what to expect and was greeted to essentially the most incredible products, service and comfortable vibe! Will rave to all, I think I just became a regular! Who doesn’t need flowers and home goods! Can’t wait to visit again!
