‘Customers come first’ yeah until you close on a public holiday (which is my pick up day) without notifying me to pick up a medication I need earlier. Now I’m totally stuck and in severe pain. Cheers for that. Lesson learned - never leave a script with a pharmacist

This place should be called 5 Star Chemist, because that's the level of customer service they provide!Every time I go there, the service is well above any other chemist I've ever seen. I'm always greeted warmly, and the staff always listen to your concerns and issues, and are always ready to provide help, regardless of your issue.Extra special shoutouts to Shay, and Head Pharmacist Adam, for always going above and beyond for me.

Great place for a vaccination or whatever you need.

I’m a fellow pharmacist that no longer works in community pharmacy. It’s disappointing to see low reviews based on the pure lack of responsibility & education from consumers. These people are the reason I left community pharmacy. (You’re an adult - organise you’re on medicine?) The store provides a wide range of alternative treatment options which service those who prefer this method - but also have a selection of choices with prescription and conventional medicines. As a patient, I have always received evidence-based advice with my best interests at heart and am constantly refreshed by the helpful staff. Hats off to your team for consistently being helpful and professional!

The team at Star Discount Chemist Narangba are hands down one of the best pharmacies I've been too. Not only do they dispense prescribed medications but they also look after your well-being as a holistic approach.I've done myself a couple of mischiefs over the years & Mel, Belle, Shae, Sonia, Jess, Kerry, to name a few have been understanding, accommodating & always available to assist with anything.There positive attitudes & welcoming smile is always nice tobe acknowledged. I participate in Share the Dignity’s It’s in the bag campaign/sanitary products who they collect items as a drop centre, I get all of my goodies from here on special. It's supporting local businesses as well as giving back.I'll miss the team as we move away on our next adventure.Cannot recommend them enough ♡

Been down twice now and both times the staff were not interested in being helpful when I needed genuine help and I got attitude from an assistant when asking for a product. I'd rather make the trip to Terry white at Narangba even thou it's further away.
