Disappointed Thursday night shopping and only one human operated checkout open a lot of elderly people who prefer not to use computer checkouts forced to line up for the overworked checkout, I stood for my turn for 15 minutes and I'm disabled.I've learnt not to use the self service as you can't query a wrongly marked price without a human presence.Call me off fashioned but I'm not paid by supermarkets so why should I help to make the unemployment higher and not get any benefits from doing someone else's job.

It's a Decent size store, otherwise the same as any other Coles. Was surprised to not be offered Meth while I was here though. Has that vibe.

One of the big 3 places to do the shopping.. doesn't matter where,, always has the specials and able to use fly buys,, to save more money for there customers,, fully recommended,, loss of a star because they want the customers to do all the check out them selves. Makes it hard for the elderly and disabled.. cutting down on staff is not the way to go, specially at the check outs.

Second time buying prawns from here in last 4 weeks and both times they have been off! Contacted store first time and suggested they check Deli to make sure there were not more people buying these only to get a rather non-interested OK reply. I was told I could get a refund, I advised I had already thrown docket out. I can't be bothered chasing a refund as time & fuel will be around same value as the refund, I will just shop elsewhere for fresh seafood until their Deli lifts it's standards! Very disappointed.

Staff are rude mostly. It seems they don’t like the job. Woollies are much better with customers service. And I had troubles to get my rewards on fly buy while In Woolies the staff just automatically do it for me.

Very rude lady at the customer service this morning 18/06/2023 at the express counter. Beginning with I was in hurry so I went there as I just have 4 items and I realized I needed to do some cash out. So I looked at her and smiled, she pretended as if she didn’t even see me. Okay then I headed to counter assuming may be she didn’t see me, at counter I told her I needed some cash out she shook her head, then she asked me do you need a bag, I realized I don’t have card and I told her I didn’t have card to which she shook her head, very difficult to speak which was rude, and the way she was acting was really making me uncomfortable then I realized I haven’t replied to her bag question so I said, “sorry I do need a bag”. She looked at me and said “I did asked you earlier”. I completely was shocked at the attitude of someone at the customer service Job like that. If you don’t feel happy about the Job leave if don’t make it a place to express your frustration at other people. And Stop giving Racist vibes. Live and let live. Just so that Coles Management Team identifies her She was the one who has some scar on the upper lip who looked like she had some surgeries there.

Tried to call this morning a few times 4 separate times at different times.The operator said that they would connect me to somebody then straight away it said that no-one could answer my call and hung-up automatically. They must have the phone set up in a way where they have it so they don't have to answer the phone.That is not on! completely upset for the fact that I needed an answer if they have covid tests as last time I went down they were all sold out!!

Another supermarket, has a better range than our local community coles. Looking good after revamp.
