Had the privilege of receiving shoulder treatment from Cameron during an extended stay with family. His knowledge and experience shows immediately, he assessed my case professionally and measured my progress with every visit. With Cameron's help I was back to good in a couple of weeks! Highly recommended!

Fiona from Target Physio has been helping me since 2007. and she has helped me overcome large obstacles in my life. From nearly never being able to walk again to now playing every sport under the sun, largely due to Fiona's influence and ongoing support. She helped me regain my confidence to overcome my injuries. I have continued to see her since. I also had another physio Kit for a few weeks, who helped me recover from a minor head injury. The reception team always have a smile on their face even on mondays. The team at target physio are dedicated in helping people to achieve their best. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic physio clinic! I’ve seen Tom Harris for issues ranging from elbow tendonitis to rehab for an ankle fracture and he continually provides the best service. Highly recommend.

Very positive experience so far with my torn ACL. The whole team at Target are very professional and thoroughly focused on strengthening through rehabilitation. They'll push your limits but that's what makes the difference with any recovery. Highly recommend.
