I ordered online an electric scooter this afternoon for my grandson's birthday the next day. I ordered it nearly an hour before BW was to close. Stacy at BW Rockhampton Service Desk went above and beyond to make sure I could pick-up the scooter before 6.00pm. What amazing service from Stacy. You're the best!!! I am most grateful for your brilliant service.

Lady working self serve checkouts on 11/11/2021 in the morning around 8:30-9:30am was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely polite, very bubbly and just an absolute delight to talk to, Absolutely fantastic service. Great to see. Her name was Tameka I think. Big well done to you. You made our day with your kind words and wishes.

Great range of homeware, cleaning products and clothing at very affordable prices and good quality. Friendly staff.

Staff very rude shelves empty and what is there is only the expensive stuff and they are still blaming covid for lack of items and they have put their prices way up

Has all the items you expect from Big W. I find the set up is pretty good. Staff are always willing to help and have good customer service.Note: Most places require you to pay via zip or after pay card, here you can actually use a bar code.

Some places you go expecting their prices to beat the competition, while the quality may not get there for most things/ it'll do most of the time. Being in stocklands right near banks, gloria Jeans, massages & woollies with heaps of parking underneath out of sun is great!I went in to havea quick look at 65inchTV, some type of cardigan, and a soccer ball, and found them all. I know this sounds like favouritism BUT I went to other Mart's and bullseyes found half those things at each, but none at all... except BiG W, and the soccerball was an actual real ball not some sy/nthetic & foam knockoff(kmart) , the LG Tv's went up to 75inch here TrgT no names stopped at 40 inch, and the awesome dark red zip up Hoodie cardie of faux cord was only $20 and looked like it was from a boutique mens fashion store. As i was walking out there was a really smart tailored long-sleeve dresS shirt on a $10 rack, and now everything for winter range is neatly arranged on chest height hanging isles... So so much easier to stop there! Oh and the Queen bed flannel sheets were almOst 40 percent off and 180gsm..

Big W is a place where you can get whatever form outdoor equipment to clothing to electronic devices highly recconend
