Extremely rude and disrespectful.Definitely would not reccomend for anyone with special needs or mental illness. She sends demeaning and insensitive messages to her clients, is not well mannered and not professional at all.

Had to cancel last minute (4 hours prior to driving lesson) due to an unforeseen injury. Karen told me she was disappointed and to find a new driving school. I will do just that!

I didn't have a lesson, but I witnessed her driving recklessly in a drive-thru in her business car. She was the only person in the car. After seeing this unprofessional behaviour, I wouldn't be able to imagine how she teaches her clients.
