It's not often that I feel the need to review a business, but in this case I felt like I needed to take the time. I had the pleasure recently of engaging Tim and his team for a local move within the Northern Rivers. From the initial discussions with Tim on the phone, to having our belongings safely delivered, I was amazed at the level of professionalism put forward by Northern Rivers Removals. This was all accompanied by a relaxed and personal approach. What is usually quite a stressful process was really a joy to be a part of. To anyone looking. I can highly recommend Tim and his team to manage it for you. Amazing job all round.

Tim and the team were incredible. I honestly couldn't fault them. We had to reschedule numerous times due to Covid related issues and Tim was happy to accommodate at the last minute. I’ve moved 9 times in the last 5 years and would recommend Northern Rivers Movers above any other company used previously. They even went above and beyond and picked up my dog and cats from a boarding house.

I called Tim two days before our big house move as the removalists I had booked had to cancel due to covid. At very short notice Tim was able to help us out, even though his team had been run off their feet with removals working long days and late nights. Absolute legends!! Thankyou Tim and all at Northern Rivers Removals! Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for removalists

Tim and his team were excellent. The team arrived on time, was pleasant and efficient. I was horribly let down by a local removalist (where I lost my deposit due to covid). a Friend recommended Toowoomba removals and my expectations were exceeded. Tim made arrangements to speak with me late at night, he arranged times according to our needs. Because we were in state lockdown, Tim arranged times around lockdown and kept following up with my father in law to accommodate us. I will forever be thankful to Tim and his team. Thank you. Tim, John & the boys arrived on time with a extra vans just in case! There were helpful, friendly and careful with my things. It was raining and not a great day to move but it had to be done. Their efficiency and care removed the stress out of moving and i highly recommend them!

I've been in 3 moves in the last 17 months, so being real here - there are a lot of pretty average (at best!) removalists out there..NRR are not one of them - they were excellent!They came in on time, were well-organised and structured, very friendly and handled everything with so much care. They asked for directions when something wasn't clear and helped move furniture to the right spots, and overall made what we expected to be a long & horrible day go by without any issues.They were done in under 4.5 hours, moving from Clunes to Ewingsdale. We just couldn't believe how painless the whole experience was. Would 100% recommend them!
