Not the worst, but wouldn't stay here again. Dark and a little dirty, small is an understatement and considering we paid 360 for 1 night I wasn't expecting to wash my own coffee mug by hand myself. No soap or shampoos and the shower head even fell off the wall and hit my mother on the head.. also curtains didn't open properly. And why is there a VHS player? Who has tapes anymore?

Tidy rooms, no sharp knives, no shampoo or conditioner, minimal towels, felt like intruders.Nice spot, lovely bathroom but dirty cabinet faces, stove etc. Note that we had to wash our own dishes as this is not included in the fee. Rude.

First of all, I payed $100 for one night. The lady seemed a bit rude. When I first walked in the room it had a awful smell, I have no idea what it was but it was disgusting.I take a look around the room only to discover a stain on a towel and stains on the sheet of my bed.The room was very dusty and I even asked the lady for the wi fi password and she gave me the wrong password.I will not be staying here again.

Worst experience ever! Booked and paid for in October 2019! They Cancelled via email 10.30pm 3 Days before our Travel date in February 2020! No reasonable explanation as to why (used the fires as an excuse of double booking but we had booked and paid well before fires which means we should have priority! No refund for 7-12 Days! So not only do we have nowhere to stay but are also out of pocket! Do yourselves a favour and book somewhere else!

1. no ocean view and next door to the cemetery (not that it bothered me)2. Stayed for three nights and had to endure constant banging which started at 8.05 am on the last two days. When I approached staff on the second morning about the banging I was told Arh well already morning"no warning of reconstruction happening or at the very least an apology.3. When we tried to use the laundry it was locked and a huge pot plant was blocking the access4. Staff never in the office on 4 different occasions we went to ask for access to the Internet laundry clean towels and an iron. So we had dirty towels for 3days couldn't wash them if we wanted to no access to the laundry.5. No iron in the room

Stayed one night. Seemed very expensive for quality of room. Linen was old bath mat frayed. Shower screen door had broken sliding mechanism, it jammed on person in the shower needing another to force it open from outside. No information about wifi password apparent. No iron in the room, however the manager provided one on request. When I raised these issues with the manager we were not able negotiate any resolution. I would suggest avoiding this place.

I wish I had read some of the other reviews before blindly booking into this property. At 4:30pm I called up to book a room and was told it was their last room for $225.00, provided my credit card details over the phone, they then charged and I advised I would be there at 6pm (ish). No more to the initial conversation. When I got there the receptionist (I think she is the daughter of the people who own the property as there was family out the front) checked me in gave the key and advised we were in room 4. I walked up to the room and it was help open by a stool so the man who was infront room 2's cigarette smoke had already filled the room. I walked around the entrance and there was a smashed lamp all over the floor. My partner and I had a conversation and I simply just wanted my money back and to leave, it was nothing like the pictures and I was pretty disappointed.I went to reception and within a few mins there was now another lady Nina whom I explained the situation to, she didn't want a bar of it and said to bad - you can leave then and wont get your money back" I asked to speak to the manager to which I was told No over and over. The other lady who was on reception initially came in and offered us another room

The good: Easy walk to the beach, renovated bathrooms, clean and comfortable, handy kitchenette. Not so good: Lack of kitchen utensils, dirty coffee cups, horrible International Roast instant coffee.
