Fantastic͏ ExperienceWe are very pleased with the excellent service Justin Cohen provided for us in the lead up to the sale of our house, during the sale and post sale. Justin took the time to explain the process in great detail and provided us with the information we needed to prepare our home for the market. The commission for the sale was very reasonable as well as the cost for advertising. During the time our home was on the market, Justin kept us informed regularly so we knew exactly how the sale was progressing. He was pro-active in following up enquiries from prospective buyers as well as making contact with prospective buyers who attended the Open Home. Our house sold after one Open Home and within one week of going on the market. Thank you Justin for your professional approach, dedication and for making the whole experience so positive. Such a liar and deceitful one particular agent. If I can allow to name and shame her I’m more than happy to expose her details. She doesn’t have the decency to come and meet me in person to discuss the altercation between tenants. She has no right to dictate and talk to me or whatsoever. Don’t call me ever again.I don’t accept and tolerate her behaviour and action as an employee working for Stanton and Taylor because she can’t handle sub- tenants, since her way of communication are impending to tenant, unfair and degrading especially taking one side of client story.It’s her job and role to ensure both sides are given a chance to discussed their differences.Rather jumping into conclusion which I find it very disturbing and devastating. I’m hoping all conversation were being recorded from the time she called me.By warning me is acceptable but threatening is unacceptable especially by telling or saying that she’s got no choice but to evict me from the property which is so ridiculous and low act of her telling a tenant with such a vulnerable medical condition. She has given me more anxiety and distress that I have to see my doctor because i find it very disturbing and impending or a threat more or less.Be nice and think before you say and I believe you need to seek further customer service relations skills in the near future.

In͏ one word, my experience with Justin is OUTSTANDING. He is trustworthy and very responsive.From the very first day my husband and I spoke with him, his honesty and integrity was glaring, I was never disappointed throughout our proceedings. He has both the owners’ and buyers’ interest at heart and goes through unexpected lengths to make his client happy. He is sincere , transparent and humane. Scheduled a viewing of a property in Penrith. The process was easy. To my fault I arrived to the property 5 minutes late.I attempted phone contact to advise I would be late however the agent’s phone was off. Once I arrived to the property I realised the agent was not there.I contacted ‘Stanton and Taylor’ and spoke with the receptionist who was nice enough, before I could finish explaining the situation she sighed and said “the agent wasn’t there?”. I was passed on to another agent were I spent several minutes trying to clarify that I was attempting to view the listed property and that I was not a tenant.I explained the situation and was advised I would receive a call back. 10-15 minutes later I received a call where I was advised I need to arrive 5 minutes earlier to the scheduled viewing time. I apologies and hung up.The reasoning for a 2 star review is due to the lack of professionalism from the agent who I was scheduled to meet and his colleagues. I arrived at 12:20pm when the scheduled time was 12:15pm (my fault) however, the agent lacked the decency to sms his departure which due to the time it takes to walk down the stairs and across the court yard to the stairs to the car park or gated entrance must have only been a minute or two after the scheduled viewing time as I did not pass him when entering the property (2nd level apartment).

Always had fantastic communication with Joanne always reply to my emails and kept me up-to-date with things that were getting done. I liked the way the business was run because I made you feel part of the family. I would hardly recommend Staten & Taylor.
