Zenergy Yoga
I recently completed the on line Kids Yoga foundation course. Loraine kept me engaged through out the course with her passion. The course content exceeded my expectations as it included the psychological needs of kids. I was very impressed that Loraine includes as well as explains the health needs and pressures on the youth in this age of technology. I highly recommend Zenergy Yoga as a holistic yoga course provider. Thank you Loraine for guiding me onto my journey in making a positive difference.

I recently undertook the Zenergy Yoga Foundation course online. I found it fun and comprehensive enough to be able to teach all ages. Even though the course is online, Lorraine engages you so well that you feel connected to a bigger family. With such a focus on differences between the age groups and appropriate lesson plans, I feel confident to get started!

I have now completed the Foundation course, Advanced course, Yoga therapy 1 and 2 courses through Zenergy Yoga and can highly, highly, highly recommend these courses to anyone who is drawn to teaching kids yoga. The courses themselves are thorough, evidence based and structured in a way that is easy to understand while building your knowledge in a fun and engaging way. Loraine is the most amazing, passionate, knowledgeable teacher and so personable. Loraine’s team are always willing to help with questions or queries and are so supportive. I am so grateful to have had this training and feel so ready to share this knowledge I have gained.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Zenergy Kids Yoga Foundation online course. The course was very informative and engaging, the curriculum was presented systematically and was very easy to grasp and understand. Loraine has a wealth of knowledge and expertise which she shares throughout the course, and her enthusiasm and passion for teaching kids yoga is very inspiring. The course has given me the confidence to teach yoga to children of all ages and to be able to make a meaningful difference in their lives. I highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to teach kids yoga!

The souls participating in the Zenergy weekend were divine and, as Loraine said, all meant to be there. Loraine delivered her children’s yoga course in a polished, upbeat and engaging way. The energy in the room for the whole weekend was amazingly positive. Different learning styles were catered for and we had lots of fun whilst being educated in great knowledge and skills to make a difference in the world. I highly recommend this course.

I was so impressed with the very informative approach and the actual hands in skills you gain by going through this course. The resources are excellent and the course exceeded my expectations.
