NEVER AGAIN!! Dealing with them for a copy of an invoice was extremely frustrating. Was transferred to different departments, given incorrect numbers to call, and left 6 messages and could not get an invoice for work purposes. Head office found the booking but could not send me the invoice, and was on hold for9 minutes as she tried to connect me to the Adelaide reception. Left my 7th message just now to try and get one lousy invoice. Room was good and in good location, but get all paperwork when checking out.

We were in Adelaide recently & stayed here.Lovely place to stay & very close to everything.A big thankyou to Yuan & Steve for looking after us.Nice place to stay.

Tried to play victoria 3 but the excitement of the game caused me to unleash a storm of sloppy diarrhoea. No hotel staff were on call to help me clean up my mess. Disappointed! With the hotel. Not Victoria 3. Thanks Johan.

great spot for easy city accommodation

Stunning view! The room is really vibrant. I stayed for business travel and the bed was really comfortable! I will definitely stay again.

Recently stayed here rooms were very small compared to how the website showed and not cleaned properly hallway stank to high heaven as there was a garbage chute if you stay on a Saturday night prepare to get no sleep between the noise of people partying close by and sirens all night even though windows were double glazed it was very noisy wouldn't dare go in the pool or spa and think there was a couples of whales in there up to no good in plain view of everyone yuk so definitely wouldn't go in that spa didn't really see anyone at reception not sure why it's very close to rundall mall so that's handy but too noisy

Awesome view with no blockage especially for those staying in Sky Residence from 21st to 40th floor and spa, heated jacuzzi, etc is exclusive for these levels only. Love it :)

Stayed there for a whole week and it’s a great experience.But the receptionist is an elitist and view my family and I as poor all because we didn't wear designer even though the majority of rich people around the world don't really wear designer. Plus he also has a bit of an attitude

Nice place. But someone farted in the lifts to the Sky Residences. My eyes were watering all the way to the 26th floor. Wow.

I do not recommend, who plan to stay here.Main reasons;1 - Unprofessional team and service2 - Please be aware before you check-in because no one is there at the check-in desk. You have to call someone for check-in and wait until the staff comes. It's annoying.3 - the room is not clean properly please check everywhere in room before check-out and report otherwise they may be charged you.4 - The kitchen product and items/staff over rated quality and not enough for cooking. In addition, some staff could be dirty please check before use.5- They don't care about you or any concerns please push them otherwise you should wait decades.For your information,
