Last night (Thursday 29th April) I requested a technician to attend my house at xx Mercure Way, Point Cook, 3030.The technician attended the property today, however he didn’t provide any quote for the repairs.I’ve already called Jim Aircon twice trying to get the quote, but nothing yet.It was said that I’d get an email, but I haven’t received anything yet (there’s nothing in the junk box).I paid $132 to have fast service, but I couldn’t be more disappointed.If I don’t get the quote by Monday morning I’ll request a refund of the amount paid, as it’s useless to have a technician to attend my house for an urgent repair if I don’t get a quote for the services.

Elliot was very knowlegeable, professional and obliging. Happy to have him in my home. Neat and clean.

called and waited for 45mins before giving up, sent 2 emails also, not to sure about workmanship but communication needs improving, did receive call back from them 3hrs later, $141 just for call fee before actually starting any work
