Tanisha has been absolutely amazing with my peels such a relaxing experience ! Fantastic results and service.

Very professional and accommodating. I had to bring my young child into a laser appointment which isn't ideal.. but they went beyond what I would have expected to make sure she was looked after during my appointment. That kind of service is very much appreciated. I'm very happy with my results, looking forward to going back! Highly recommend!

Happy with my brazilian treatment. I paid for Hollywood brazilian and it actually included the whole area unlike the other clinic I have been to which say brazilian but make you pay for add ons to include the back area. Anita was lovely who did my consult and first session

My favourite place to get laser done in the Northern suburbs. Staff are super friendly and clinic is always very clean :)The staff are very understanding if it’s your first time getting laser and do their best to make you feel comfortable!

To start off I wanted to say the laser ladies that performed my appointments are lovely. I have on the other hand now changed clinics due to the following. I had just finished an appointment and was re booking in. The lady said my appointments (2left) will have expired by then but they would honor my next session. When I come to the session I was advised the rules changed and I would have to pay. I never got the laser done as I understood the rules but said they should still honor it as I was advised they would honor it before the new rule was made. I was advised they would have to check with a manager and let me know during the week. Which never happened. When I went in for my next appointment I asked and they said manager said no. I asked for a manager to call me which never did. I won’t be returning.

Had a great experience coming into the clinic! Was my first time have any sort of treatments done. Was so pleased at the level of customer service by all the ladies at the clinic!Management was so helpful with organising my ongoing sessions and I really felt comfortable!
