I have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience with Carla at Birth & Baby Hub with placenta encapsulation. I wish I would have done it with my first baby! I only really researched it 3 weeks before I was due and Carla was so inviting with her information and services she offered. She was at the hospital 3 hours after birth to pick up my placenta and she had the capsules made within days! I’m so so happy I went with her. The level of service was next level and my capsules have been exceptionally made. I recommend having them coated in the berry flavoring! I can’t recommend Carla highly enough and I tell all of my expecting mum friends about her and to get this done! My post birth recovery has been amazing and I owe it all to these capsules. I highly recommend Hypnobirthing and especially Carla at Birth and Baby Hub. We were expecting our first baby and had heard so many negative birthing stories which made me fear child birth. I wanted to have a natrual birth but just didnt think it would be possible, until i met Carla. Through the hypnobirthing course material and Carla's supportive coaching style it gave me and my husband the confidence to go into our birthing experience fully prepared and successfully achieved a natural birth without intervention or drugs! My husband knew what to expect at each stage and what to do to support me. He and i agree the hypnobirthing course through Birth and baby hub was worth every cent!

Thank you so much Carla for your incredible service.I couldn’t be happier!As a first time Mum, I have had such a smooth and speedy transition and recovery. My bubs was breech, and though we went into labour, I had to have a emergency c-section and I am so grateful I decided to have my placenta encapsulated as they have really assisted me through these last 6 odd weeks. My milk supply is awesome, energy levels have been shockingly up there and I feel mentally clear. My body also bounced back a lot quicker than I expected considering. I am also usually quite an anxious person, yet my moods have been so balanced since taking the capsules. Bub is so happy and thriving because of it all, very thankful to have stumbled across Birth & Baby Hub, 100% recommend xx

Carla made the whole process of collection and delivery super easy and straight forward. I can't recommend placenta encapsulation enough - it was as if the capsules were magic and I would feel noticeably better within an hour or two of taking them, particularly in the days immediately after having my baby. I'm so glad I did this and wish that I'd done it for my first pregnancy as I really felt it made a difference to my overall post-partum experience. Thank you Carla!

I attended a hypnobirthing course with Carla as well as a sleep workshop. Carla is a wealth of knowledge and great facilitator. The activities are hand set on and extremely helpful! Because of the hypnobirthing course I was able to have an informed birth experience - for both myself and my husband. The sleep workshop has already helped me with my new baby and made me a more confident parent. I highly recommend anyone participate in any of Carla’s workshops.
