I called Ash, following a recommendation on my community fb page, for my malfunctioning washing machine. Firstly, Ash tried to fix the problem over the phone but to no avail so came out within 48 hours. My ageing machine was beyond economical repair which was explained in detail. Ash recommended a new replacement but was also in a position to offer me a good condition second hand model which I took. Ash came back and installed this for me 2 days later at a very reasonable price. In a time when tradies pick and choose their customers and have no communication etiquette, Ash is a shining light on what customer service should be. Thank you Ash.

I don’t really post that many reviews but with the way Ashley at Fix My Goods looks after his clients I just had to. Ashley is a great communicator and always does what he says he will do. He has fixed my dishwasher and oven quickly and at a great price. More recently he has helped me trouble shoot some issues with my other appliances and is always happy to help. Don’t go to one of the bigger appliance repair companies, use Ashley every time and you won’t be let down. He will give you honest and valuable advice and will go above and beyond to get your appliances back working again. Thanks again mate.
