Came in at 11 am and went to return a body wash at ultra beauty checked it in front of the lady that everything was sealed. She tells me can’t be returned and says needs to check with the manager. Comes back with my product seal opened and tells me can’t be returned, what a literal “C” I hope she rests in peace soon.

Wow, the Pharmacist Laurence went above and beyond for me. He even called my doctor to double check which IUD she had requested for me. I am able to make my gyno appointment tomorrow because of his help. Thanks Laurence!

very good customer service, but why sell broken products? i’ve bought different tanning mouse and different tan mists and none of them work no matter what i do. now i cannot get my money back.

Never been waiting that long for meds in any other pharmacy.There were 4 pharmacists, all of them have poker faces, impatient and didn't even bother to explain anything for new prescription. I understand pharmacist is a boring job, if you really don't like it, let AI replace you. AI would be better, at least they are quick and don't give patient attitude.

Can’t believe how a large business can ruin its reputation by terrible staff and pharmacists !! “NAVEED” is the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever seen who doesn’t have any knowledge of how to talk to costumers. Of course he is not the only weird one here! I took my prescription there and without any advise they gave me the new brand of the medication that they had.when I asked why the medication looked different, they said it was better and cheaper! They didn’t tell me that they had the other brand that I always used. Turns out it is the worst one but sold with a similar price. Anyways, I trusted them and started using the medication, very soon I experienced terrible side effects. I took the whole box(except few that I used) to the pharmacy and asked for the other brand of that medication. I said it was OK if you don’t want to change this but you still have my prescription in the system and I’m happy to purchase the other brand and pay again. They refused and asked for a new prescription!!! My doctor was not available and I should’ve also paid a whole consultation fee for a prescription repeat just because of the pharmacy’s fault! When I talked this to Naveed he said: you sometimes must pay more to get what you want!

Terrible experience. I went shopping today and two personnel were asked by the security forces. I felt that there was always someone behind me. At first, I thought they were being careful because of the crowd, but I saw that whenever I go, he also comes and looks at me, and this is a complete experience. From stress and panic, I know that the security forces have the right to check and be careful, and when I asked what you were doing, I told him that I would translate, and even though the personnel told him, he brought the personnel again. There is no problem, but he did not stop working and the supervisor came there and said there is a problem. No, and even the supervisor calmed me down and gave me a gift, but the security forces didn't take their eyes off me and I cried because of the stress and the fact that my 6-year-old daughter was with me. I, he was very upset. I cried and we went shopping. It was very bad for Christmas and this feeling from these two security forces and I don't know how to complain because I didn't hurt anything and I even told the supervisor if you want to buy it if you know, it was really awful and rude until the moment of leaving, but in your eyes Don't be awful.

I came to this chemistware house and I explained that I am on my way to airport and I was rushing. I also explained I went two pharmacy stores which both ran out my prescriptions medication. The pharmacist checked the computer and said that Mount waverley store had 40 bottles. Then I took risk and went opposite direction to mount waverley store to get my medication. Guess what? They have no stock. I am just wondering they have poor management of their supplies or they don’t update information internally and provide false information to customers? Very irresponsible and poor service. I wish I can give zero star.

Went to the store just today for the first time I was at the checkout and the staff at the register ignored me when I greeted her and after I payed for the items she threw the items at me. I understand that it’s busy festive season but it’s not that difficult to be somewhat polite or at least say hello. Awful place, felt like we were not welcome

When I visited the store on 27 January or 26 can’t exactly remember. We had just finished our shopping and our last stop was to get a few things from chemist warehouse. It was quiet and I thought I was the only one at the front area of the store; I was applying on a cream on my hand however I was struggling as I was holding my shopping bags whilst holding my phone; I chucked my phone in one of my shopping bag then I randomly looked across me; thought I was alone; the security guard startled me! I jumped! Anyway he must’ve thought I tried to steal something because of my silly reaction. By the time I finished paying for my items at the register; the security alarm went off; that security quickly went straight into my bag and just took my $500 perfume from my shopping bag that I just bought from David Jones!!!!! He took it behind the counter and I was looking for the receipt to show the proof of purchase, he thought parfums de marly was a product from the chemist. Anyway my point is the security guard needs to be more careful when taking purchases/personal belongings out of customers shopping bags without asking!!!!!! I understand that it’s his job to ensure people don’t steal but he was so rough with my very expensive brand new perfume and lucky he didn’t drop it!! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!! Don’t treat paying customers like crooks
